Mechanics Turned up within the time period they said to replace new battery which was great, however I ordered a premium battery at £129.99 (off the shelf £71.) supposedly with a 4 year warranty.
As of today, No paperwork, invoice, or receipt I have contacted the seller on numerous occasions who has now told me he's left the company and the new point of contact does not reply after several attempts!!

Complete rip off!! AVOID ,,AVOID!!

Fitted car battery over 3 weeks ago. I’ve been chasing ever since to get some form of documentation/ invoice/ receipt but received nothing. Unprofessional and disappointing. Will not be using again.

Booked a battery replacement at 14:00. Managed to book a same day slot 3pm-5pm. Mechanic turnt up at 5:30 and was completed within 30 minutes. Very happy with service...just wish there was more updates on timings. Would book again.

I completed an online request and was called within 3 minutes by a very knowledgeable man who booked a day for my campervan battery to be replaced. Several days later I realised I'd forgotten a prior engagement. Changing my appointment day was no trouble at all, a quick text and it was re-arranged. The polite and friendly mechanic arrived on the dot of 10am, as arranged, and took less than 10 minutes to replace the battery. A perfect transaction from start to finish.

Stay away conmen if you want a refund not going to happen .5 weeks now .any complaints and he blocks you his name is Lee stay away

I paid £139 deposit. The mechanic called me en route to my house (already late) to ask me to WhatsApp a photo of my battery. He then replied, saying battery he had been given was the wrong one, so couldn't fit it until the following day. This was too late. I asked for a refund. The only contact I have is totally ignoring my messages. I am really disappointed. They are taking money and not providing a service. SCAMMERS. THIEVES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They promised to arrive within 2/3 hours, but did not arrive at all on the day. I spoke to a manager who promised they would be there.
I had very frustrated conversations with them. I requested a refund, once I had said that, I got a call, and they arrived 90 mins later. Would not use again.

Beware. Paid for a battery to be fitted at home. Promised would be same day but very late in day said the mechanic was not available and battery would be fitted next. This was not convenient for me. Had already waited one day for someone to arrive. No responses to requests for proof of payment so I can claim back through credit card company. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company.

Despite many emails requesting an invoice for the battery I paid up front for , I’ve received NO reply .
Not sure if this company is legit , so BEWARE .
It states it has a high rating on Trustpilot , there is no such rating . As I said BEWARE .
