I bought 2 keyboards and chose the prepaid taxes and duties option. I didn't know what to expect but everything was as promised. The packages were processed on arrival in the EU and all the paperwork was handled transparently. Absolutely painless transaction.

Unfortunately one of my keyboards was lost during initial shipping from Asia. When I contacted Mechkeys they told me it's possibly due to shipping load at the end of December and that they would check it. Sure enough, a week went by and Mechkeys shipped a replacement!

The shipping and tracking system which Mechkeys uses is the best I have seen, even better than 17track. You know where your package is at all times and even the last-mile tracking number (in the customer's country) is shown. It was very helpful during the wait to receive my keyboards.

Helen @ Mechkeys provided great customer service. This is an honest business that cares about the customer. 100% trustworthy! Many thanks!

i ordered a keyboard NJ80. it was amazing. delivery took little bit late to reach my location. but it worth to wait.

I was wary before reading reviews too, but after ordering a keyboard, I can confirm they are legit. My board shipped in a few days with tracking, and it arrived safely and working after about 2 weeks.

First time buying from here. I was a bit doubtful at first as there has only been 11 reviews however, they seemed legit so I tried them out. Did not regret. Although there was a bit of delay with my order, customer service reassured me, and my order arrived yesterday. Honestly would recommend buying from here, they aren't a scam.

the mechkeys store is great too - there were some problems with shipping but they were solved quickly.

Best product and service quality ever
I have just picked my parcel up and I'm so satisfied with it, and it took only 8 days to be delivered to Czech, how insanely fast, almost i didn't expect that it came so soon in that day. And service quality is just beyond broken, I ordered wrong colour, I texted to them to change colour, and they did as I want. I sincerely recommend buying from this seller

The keyboard from Akko I ordered came timely and just as I ordered! Very good product!

They accidentally send me the wrong version of the product. I ended up keeping it and getting a compensation. The store has reasonable prices, very good and fast customer service.

I ordered a varmilo deskmat and keyboard (both with "Dreams on board" design). Deskmat delivered in 2 weeks, keyboard in 4 weeks. Keyboard has a problem, but support is really helpful.

Some features on site didn't work , and I hope they will fix it (for example, I tried to add some items in the wishlist but they didn't appear in the wishlist).

I usually don't write reviews, but this time it's a non-popular shop and I was a little nervous when making an order in a shop with 4 reviews on trustpilot. So I decided to write a review this time to support the shop and other guys who usually check trustpilot before making an order.

My experience shopping from MechKeys was great. I ordered a mechanical keyboard and a few hours later realised that I had chosen a wrong version so I wrote an email to the customer support asking for a change. They very quickly responded and changed my order and refunded the difference in price. The shipping was especially smooth, with expenses for import tax and clearing customs in Norway included. The package was delivered straight to my mailbox with very nice tracking information along the way.

Will definitely shop at MechKeys again.

Customer service is quick to respond and items are shipped out relatively quickly as week.

I received a wrong item by no fault of my own and it was remedied right away.

The return policy is strict but with shipping costs back to HongKong it doesn't really make sense anyway.

The delivery was very fast, and they answered the questions very kindly and quickly.

Absolutely fantastic seller.

Great communication and quick delivery.

Wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again.
