Received an email completely out of the blue stating i had hired a pump and that I will be charged £47 every month until I return it - I HAVE NOT PLACED ANY ORDER.

I used this company around 15 years ago but not since so I assume this is a data issue on their side. Tried to call the customer services but just says they are closed and hangs up!

Unlike other reviewers, I had a good experience using this pump. For me, the hands free pumps just did not work and this one definitely worked so much better for me personally. However, the price of £50 a month I find really overpriced and made breastfeeding quite expensive for us. Especially as I then had to buy different flange sizes and additional bottles.

The main issue I have is the customer service. I’ve now stopped breastfeeding as I’m back at work and the returns process is awful. I visited 4 different UPS stores to try and return the pump, to be told that none of them accept packages bigger than a shoebox. I contacted them to see what my next steps are, as I’m now back at work where I run my own company and look after my little girl, so time is very precious to me. They then “arranged” a courier to come and collect, which I then took the day off for and waited on from 8am-6pm for them never to arrive. They 100% never arranged for the pump to be picked up, no apology for losing a day of pay.

Save your money and buy a good quality pump, it’ll work out cheaper and you won’t have the hassle. Don’t use this company

Faulty pump arrived. Denied any issue…poor customer service

Used this service slightly after my daughter was born. Highly recommended by maternity and lactation consultant. We liked:
- the rental approach to avoid buying something which might not be used after couple of months.
- the option for a fast delivery.
We didn't like:
- the price (more expensive than its substitute found on Amazon),
- the need for an accessory to hold the bottles,
- the suction (not the best),
- the bulkyness (impossible to use it in public).
Without liking it, it was pretty easy to clean.
Overall, it is the historic leader of the market, and they potentially stay this way thanks to lobbying the maternities and relying on new parents going for the best/what they have been suggested to use. But, they don't deserve this place in my honest opinion.

Took a week to deliver and were of little help in resolving delivery issues with the absent courrier. Unimpressed when an item like this is needed quickly.

Product great. Service crap.

Got this for my wife, works loads better than common high street versions, worth the money
