This company attracts customers with misleading promises and advertisements. However, once you make a payment and request a refund, the real situation appears.

They inform you that the refund process will take up to one month, and on top of that, they keep almost 75% of the paid amount without providing a reasonable justification. This was never clearly or transparently explained before the payment.

This is not how a professional or ethical business should operate. The refund policy feels intentionally designed to discourage customers from asking for their money back.

I find this practice unfair and unacceptable, and I strongly warn others to be very careful before doing business with this company.
