Firstly, we are greatly disappointed with a 1-star review. We would like to take this opportunity for the TrustPilot community to get some context about your review.
1. We reached out to you the very first day you signed up offering assistance. You also received a detailed email outlining a specific aspect of Media Monk that could be particularly helpful for your startup after we looked at your website which appears to be under construction. We didn't hear anything from you after that.
2. You started to produce content but never finished it. We prompted you several times, but to no avail.
3. We understand Media Monk is a comprehensive tool and can be a little overwhelming to start, however, your comparison with 'nothing that I could not do with chat GPT' is a blow below the belt.
Chat GPT can take prompts from users and produce content based on your prompts. It can't produce Video Ads, Video Stories, or Transform content from one format (article) to another (postcard, video etc) without additional programming and tools. It cannot assist you with keyword research and implementation of a content marketing strategy driven by SEO. It can’t integrate with WooCommerce and Amazon to produce e-commerce specific content, nor can it generate public links with buy-now links or lead-gen forms to accelerate your business. And lastly, it surely cannot publish content for you on auto-pilot across all major social networks and multiple blogging platforms.
4. On the 4th of November, you had a live-chat interaction with our team, for which you gave us 5-stars... so clearly, we are and have been here to help, if only you'd respond to our offers of help.
We take your comment about Media Monk being a complicated tool on-board and will work hard to find ways of simplifying it. In addition to video guides, comprehensive support system, live-chat as well as one-to-one on-boarding, if you have any feedback for us, then we will greatly appreciate it.
As for your refund, I believe you received an email shortly after you asked for it, in which we offered you additional help, seeking to understand where we went wrong. Rest assured, your refund will be processed overnight but might take some time to reflect on your bank statement.
