Response to Medicadepots response
I am responding once again to Medicadepots response to my negative reviews. Now, they claim to have been attempting to refund $ 235.00 since January 2023. This money has been owed since October 2021. They claim my financial institute must have closed down because the refund has “bounced back”.Apparently no one informed Chase they no longer exist.😂. They have stated several times that they have emailed me. I have never received an email. Next , if I want they can send me a prepaid Visa card, just waiting on my email. 😂 It is a waste of time calling or emailing.
I have posted on Scamadvisor; Twitter and notified the Attorney General of Canada since this company claims to be located in Canada, awaiting follow up. I will never receive a refund; however, I have many avenues where I can warn other potential victims.I had not planned to waste my time posting on Trustpilot again. Could not allow another dishonest response from Medicadepot to make it appear they are addressing this issue. If this was the case , why have I not received a refund ? They have my address; telephone number and email. I have a plethora of correspondence that has been ignored by Medicadepot. A letter from the FDA and a notice from the BBB r/t this company, both stating they cannot locate this company. Be aware,Trustpilot has confirmed a company can pay to have a review removed. Post on other venues.
