I received the wrong item --- jogger…

I received the wrong item --- jogger instead of stroller --+ I wanted it for my granddaughter for the school holidays when she is with me .
3 phone calls and 3 emails later I was told that the item would be collected ( by a very helpful victor)butI would have to wait until it was examined before I would get a replacement!!!--
I have checked and the item has been received 2 days ago .
Please can I have a replacement of what I ordered.
If not a replacement ASAP I want a refund .
The reason why I choose your company was that it would be delivered within a few days.
But that hasn't been the best choice

Following your report that a wheel was missing, we arranged collection of the pushchair so that it could be inspected. Upon its return to our warehouse, we found that all of the wheels were present in the box. We have since spoken with you to discuss the matter and arrange for the pushchair to be returned to you.

Walking stick and stickers

The delivery , care with packaging and the walking stick were excellent. The reason for not giving the five stars is the stickers on the walking stick were really difficult to remove! I had several attempts with various household items before researching on line.
