I knew exactly what I wanted as my Medicare supplement, just had to call to sign up. Entered my info on Medicare.gov and within a few minutes had an agent from Aflac on the phone. Robert Taylor of TZ Insurance called and I told him what I needed and he was wonderful. Got me signed up at a great premium and was able to give direction and understanding throughout the process. Highly recommend. Signing up for anything over the phone is stressful but he made it a breeze!

When i called about my insurance to be taken over because i needed a lower rate but still the best i could get. He slowly went over the different ways i could go to help me. She was amazing and was in top of the game when dealing with me. I was very apprehensive about some of the questions and she explained them if we went along and we got through it.
Up and down I wasn't the nicest person to deal with but she hung in there and kept her patients and she was just amazing all the way around.

EXCELLENT CLARITY TO COMPLEX MEDICARE COVERAGE!
Today a heavy burden lifted in moving from Medicare advantage plan back to Medicare supplement Plan because our advantage plans will be discontinued.
