They took my order then blocked me!
This company have been my my go-to company to order sleeping tablets for around the last six months. The service had always been bee so ry good, no complaints. Until last week, I placed a £450 order, which is a lot of money. I didn’t hear anything back from them, so I emailed them, messaged them on both there normal phone numbers but can only see one tick on WhatsApp which leads me to believe they have deliberately blocked me for no reason! 10 days later still heard nothing about my order. Is this company still running or have I just been screwed over blocked deliberately? Anyone have a similar experience? Please be careful when placing orders with this company presently! They used too be so reliable, not so much anymore unfortunately.
