Formal Complaint – Order 937085ME Not Received (USPS 9261290400211314360206)

Dear MEDICUBE Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my order 937085ME (USPS tracking number: 9261290400211314360206).

This order contained devices and cosmetics that I purchased as gifts for my loved ones. Unfortunately, despite the tracking status, I have not received my package. This situation is extremely upsetting and disappointing for me.

What makes this situation even worse is the way it has been handled. I have provided all the information your team repeatedly requested — emails, confirmations, and even official PDF documentation from the courier service. From my side, I have done everything possible to resolve this issue: I checked around my property, spoke with neighbors and relatives, visited local offices, contacted the courier directly, and reached out to your support team multiple times asking for help.

Despite all of this, I am being completely ignored. It feels like this process is being deliberately delayed to avoid issuing a refund or replacement. This behavior is unacceptable.

I have been living at my address for a long time, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such a situation. It is shocking to see such unprofessional and irresponsible conduct from a company of your size.

Under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505), you are obligated to act in good faith, process claims fairly, and not delay or avoid your responsibilities. What is happening now clearly violates my rights as a consumer.

I demand an immediate resolution:

either a full refund,
or a replacement shipment.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take further action, including:

publicly exposing this situation across all social media platforms and review websites,
sharing my full experience as an example of what appears to be a fraudulent system where customers’ funds are unlawfully held and cases are intentionally delayed,
filing complaints with consumer protection authorities,
and initiating legal action against your company for fraud.

I would prefer to resolve this matter without escalation, but your continued silence leaves me no other choice.

I expect an immediate response.

Amazing products

Phenomenal products. I bought a couple things off tik tok and immediately loved their performance. I’m 65. I bought more and wrinkles are going away. I especially love the two jellies but every thing has been great.

I sent it to the store, but unfortunately, they said they needed a letter specifically from the courier service. I contacted the courier service several times and received no response from either the courier or the store. Now I’ve lost $484. BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE. OR YOU’LL END UP WITHOUT MONEY, JUST LIKE ME.

Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company.

My package was officially confirmed lost by DHL, and I even provided the written confirmation from the carrier. Despite this, the company keeps repeating the same generic responses that the case is “under investigation” or “being escalated”.

Weeks have passed with no real action, no refund, and no replacement. Customer support simply sends copy-paste replies and avoids actually resolving the issue. At one point the live chat was even closed while I was trying to get help.

This is not how a serious company treats its customers. When the carrier has already confirmed the package is lost, the seller should take responsibility and resolve the issue quickly. Instead, they just delay and ignore the customer.

Very disappointing service and extremely poor customer support.

I ordered the Medicube Triple Collagen Serum and the Collagen Jelly Cream and I’m honestly so impressed.

the packaging quality is exactly what I expect from Medicube. The jelly cream has that beautiful bouncy texture and the serum feels amazing on the skin.

PRODUCT SAFTY ISSUE - TERRIBLE COMPANY

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Medicube and their Derma EMS device.

I purchased the Derma EMS some time ago but did not have the opportunity to use it until recently. When I finally tried it, I was shocked by how intense and aggressive the machine felt, even on the lowest setting. The stimulation was far too strong for facial use.

After experiencing this, I consulted with my dermatologist. She also expressed concern that the device is excessively strong for use on the face and advised me to discontinue using it immediately. She mentioned that she has seen multiple negative reviews about this machine and is concerned about the potential risk of nerve irritation or damage.

I contacted Medicube’s customer service to request an exchange for a different device or a refund. Despite explaining my concerns and providing professional medical feedback, they denied my request. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no genuine concern about product safety or customer well-being.

It is extremely troubling that a company selling facial devices would not take safety concerns seriously. I expected much higher standards from a skincare technology brand.

Due to this experience, I am considering filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the U.S. Consumer Protection authorities, and the appropriate health regulatory agencies.

I strongly caution others to thoroughly research this product before purchasing.

Mold in Medicube Age-R Booster…

I purchased the Medicube Age-R Booster Pro in December 2024. After approximately 14 months of normal use, I noticed visible mold growing inside the device housing near the light head.

This is a facial electronic device designed for direct skin contact. Internal contamination is a serious hygiene concern, regardless of whether the device still powers on.

The device was used as instructed and stored in a standard bathroom drawer — not submerged, dropped, or exposed to water. A skincare device at this price point should reasonably be sealed well enough to prevent moisture ingress during normal household use.

While the device may still function, durability and hygiene are equally important in a facial device. Internal mold should not occur within this timeframe.

Based on this experience, I am disappointed in the long-term build quality and would caution others to consider the durability of the device before purchasing.

So many items out of stock! Frustrating

I like their products but they are constantly out of stock. Some of the items are out for months. I contacted them a couple of times and they very politely snubbed me off both times. Now more items are out of stock. Even though their products are good, it is nothing if I cannot buy what I want.

Also, their delivery time is longer than other brands.

Time to search other brands.

2 booster pros in 1 year

I have had 2 medicine devices in a year. They both have gone completely out within 3-4 months. Twice now!!! Their customer service is awful. They have me jumping through hoops to
Get my money back. I bought it from Walmart. They have 3 month warranty but medicube has 1 year. They make it so hard to get your device replaced or get any questions answered. Truly you have to give them everything but your blood type. Awful customer service.

My AgeR device died in less than 2…

My AgeR device died in less than 2 years and when I emailed the customer service, I was instructed to do some troubleshooting and still it didn’t work, when I contacted them I was told to submit a video to see if I followed their troubleshooting instructions instead of returning this device so they can fix or repair the problem.

Ordered when product said in stock and…

Ordered when product said in stock and ships 3-5 days from order. Contacted company multiple times and they only replied back I should contact them after 10 Business days. Utterly BS. They finally put a shipping label on it 11 days later. Product still not shipped. This was a present for someone special traveling for the holidays. Now they will not get it before they leave and I will incur the expense of shipping to them when this finally arrives. Spent over $300 and the company treats you like shit. Never use the idiots as they do not care and I assume their product reflects every aspect of their organization.

NOPE STAY FAR AWAY. wish I would’ve looked into them first. Ordered a product to wrong address. Caught it before it shipped but they said they couldn’t amend it even though it hadn’t shipped. Told me even if it lands at wrong address no refund or replacement. Only option was interception. Oddly enough my package shipped 1 hour later and my tracking number said it doesn’t allow for interceptions and they knew that. I know they did based off all other reviews. Fraud report was placed through bank.

Medicube AGE Booster pro

I purchased the Medicube AGE Booster Pro device and, upon first use on my face—strictly following the instructions provided in the user manual—I experienced numbness in my left arm and left leg the following day. After seeking medical attention, I was informed that the symptoms were due to reflexive inflammation of the nerves in both areas, caused by the electrical currents emitted by the device. These symptoms persisted for two weeks.

Given the seriousness of the incident, I contacted both Medicube and Stylevana (the retailer from which I purchased the device). Unfortunately, neither party offered any assistance, support, or resolution—not even a refund for the product.

I find this to be a serious lack of professionalism and, more importantly, a disregard for consumer safety and well-being. It is deeply concerning that a device with such potential health risks is being sold without proper safeguards or responsible customer service.

My first order of subscription (Red…

My first order of subscription (Red Succinic Acid Panthenol Pads) arrived quickly. After not being able to use it because of how irritated my skin was, I decided to cancel the subscription.

In the email they sent out with my order, it stated that I could easily manage my subscription in my account--NOPE, the option wasn't there. I looked up their HELP page and the link also didn't work.

In the end, I had to contact them via CHAT to finally cancel my subscription. I had to explicitly asked the agent to provide me with the link (since I wasn't able to locate it) TWICE or three times for her to give me the link. She kept telling me "I have successfully canceled your subscription." What gives?

The company and their products are legit, but the hoops they want you to jump through to manage your subscription is sketchy.

Never received my shipment. Thieves alert!

Never received my shipment. They don't bother answering except a stupid auto reply. I told them it's been a month since it was shipped and they answered "it takes 7-14 days to arrive". YES, SO LESS THAN A MONTH?! Never replied after that. Going to get a refund through my bank.
