Not very happy with

I had many questions about medicare first time and Stacey kish was awesome with answering all my medicare questions and if anyone looking into medicare at all this is where you get all information for the right Medicare plan for you she is awesome again had an awesome experience with Stacey though this experience I would highly recommend this group.

the man I talked with was very pleasant, and calm.
he told me everything I wanted to know.

There was a lot of information. Unfortunately it was read so quickly and the pronunciation so insistent it was difficult to understand. I asked her to speak more slowly and she did, for a time but eventually was back to speed reading. It sounded like someone with a stop watch was standing over her shoulder. My only reassurance was that I would eventually be able to read it. She was polite and answered my questions

The gentleman who helped me was fantastic, BUT…..he promised he would send me a copy of everything he told me, including his name and telephone number, in the event, I needed to reach him.

I did not receive that email.

Sales man signed me up for federal life medicare supplement and it is a company that is in with supplement that I am already with I am trying to cancel it but not having any luck.

call to manager was cut off. miss call from Cindy George, returned call said they call in 24 hrs. that was three days ago. So don't know if have coverage or not. Richard Jacobs was extremely patient & helpful.
