THE WORST AND THIEVES...DO NOT USE IT...NOT WORTH IT.NEVER SAW MY REFUND.I contacted the customer service on 10th june and 14th and on your website it says 36hours for a response and i had a response a week after so everything i memtioned is all real and TRUE.The point is NOT how many i got refunds as all was justified.The problem is and was I requestes a refund and within 36 hours i should get a reply .Reply i never had.

Hi Naoura, thanks for your explanation. I notice that you are a frequent refund requester, and you are also a very valued customer. You have been compensated 7 times for disputes you created via our ticket system, and you have submitted a total of 18 customer service requests. This indicates that you don't shy away from some escalation.

Appalling …
Gave an interview to work as an adviser for medium chat. Unfortunately it was not a nice experience because the lady who took my interview was a bit impulsive and rude. Stopped me in between did not let me complete my reading and said I will get an answer the next day. Too arrogant and judgemental.

Treat their staff like dirt,and you keep notes on customers on what was said,complete scam,my mother passed away and because i was unable to log in they let me go,yet i had excellent ratings,also they wre based in holland not the uk
