Medication prices are good
Medication prices are good. Shipping prices are too high. The brand name that I ordered was out of stock, so I have to wait longer. Processing/shipping waits are already too long. Heavy accents make it difficult to understand conversations. Online order prices are listed as 3 times higher than on the phone prices.

I have received no update on my purchase since my checking account was debited. I had no idea if my order was shipped or where it stands untill it showed up in my mail box today. I appreciate the fast delivery but I wish there was some communication. Also, every time I called, it seems their phone was not in service.

It took too long to ship out
It took too long to ship out. I paid for the fastest mail delivery however, it took so long to get to the mail off point that I had to go buy them at triple the price and hopefully because my mail is being forwarded, one day I will finally get it. I called Medsengage and spoke of my situation but there was very little respect.

Good experience
I am very happy with this company. I made a mistake when ordering and they fixed the problem and adjusted the charge to be less than what I originally paid. The process was easy and the staff was professional. I had my order in about 3 weeks. I will definitely use this company again if I have the need.
