My device doesn’t work at all.

The product was of excellent quality, and the entire purchasing and white glove installation experience was truly outstanding. The team demonstrated genuine care for their customers and went above and beyond to accommodate our tight timelines, especially given the unexpected changes needed for my father. Omar was exceptional — compassionate, responsive, and incredibly supportive during a very difficult time for our family. His willingness to go the extra mile made a meaningful difference. I would absolutely purchase from this company again should we need additional medical supplies or products in the future.

A few months ago when I was hospitalized, my wife and I decided it was time to get rid of my own bed and get me a powered bariatric bed for home use. I found MedshopDirect.com by random browsing/searching using my smartphone while at a skilled care facility recuperating. MedshopDirect was the only site that offered the sort of bed I needed with the sort of features I desired. I called Omar at MedshopDirect and he was most helpful answering our many questions about our selection and the ordering process. Due to Omar's input and my wife's urging we elected to upgrade and select the Emerald Infinity Max 55000 bed. This included a size and mattress upgrade to fill my future needs.

The whole shopping and delivery experience was fast, easy and completely seamless. We decided on the "White Glove" delivery and installation for the bed. This way my wife did not have to struggle moving he unit upstairs and assembling it alone as I was still at a care facility. Omar filled out the order by phone and and all my wife had to do was MedshopDirect the credit card number over secure internet connection.

During the shipping process Omar kept us updated as to the status of the shipment. We were a bit concerned as this took place around the Thanksgiving holidays and might have been delayed. The bed and mattress arrived at the local delivery provider within the week of being ordered and the scheduling of the delivery and assembly went off without a hitch. We are extremely appreciative of the delivery, assembly and installation as my wife could not have done it herself.

I arrived two days ago by medical transport from the care facility I was at to a fully assembled and installed bed ready for my use. The Emerald Infinity Max 55000 has all the features I wanted and several extra also. It is very comfortable and fills my needs superbly. MedshopDirect had the best price I could find for this item and we are very pleased with their service, and especially to Omar for making this the pleasant and stress free experience it was.

I purchased an Orin star sleep rotating bed from the (Medshop) Direct and from the moment of my purchase, through shipping and then finally delivery and set up Omar provided outstanding customer service. I had a little issue at first, and Omar helped me immediately and had my issue resolved within minutes. This was on a Friday, late in the afternoon, and I really did not expect that the issue would be resolved so expediently, but it was. I would highly recommend this company because they truly seem to care about their customers and the customer service is simply amazing. Just know that if you purchase from this company, they offer quality products and excellent customer service.

Not only is the independence bed a cutting edge bed of good quality but from the time I ordered, I had great experience with customer service, particularly Omar. They were always quick to answer, even on the weekends. Very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my Mom's new bed to my house for her rehab.

Omar was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to ensure that the rails we ordered were compatible with the hospital bed we had. Turns out they weren't! He was very responsive via email and phone. He worked with us to quickly cancel, refund, and place the correct order. The bed rails worked perfectly. His superior customer service, professionalism, and expertise were greatly appreciated.

Easy review and purchasing process -- and the end-to-end service was excellent.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it. Working with this company has been one of the very few notable experiences I’ve had in over a decade of purchasing bulk/large medical equipment, both personally and professionally. Every step was easy, straightforward, and honestly kind of refreshing. I’ve never had someone care about working around my very hectic schedule like Omar did.

He was my main contact from start to finish and went above and beyond. He called and emailed personally to make sure everything was exactly how I needed it. I knew about any potential hiccup before it even happened, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. He even made sure I had the information of the third party delivery company who was also trying to work around a limited schedule.

From purchase to delivery, it was seamless. The chairs are perfect for our practice and for our patients receiving their treatment. They are comfortable, high quality, and at a great price. My infusion nurses even got excited just looking at the pictures I sent when installed.

The whole process what extremely efficient. Omar was great to deal with. He gave me the information I needed to make the decision as to whether the product would be the right one for my family. He sent the bed to a receiver in my city who then delivered and installed it for us. I appreciated how easy he made the process for us.

I bought a bed for my mother who unfortunately passed much quicker than we expected and we didn’t need the bed anymore before it even arrived and Omar worked so hard to get our refund and walked me through the process. I’m thankful for his accommodations and help during an already stressful and heartbreaking time.

My experience with Medshopdirect.com and their representative Omar was the best customer service experience I have ever received and beyond my expectations. Omar helped guide me through the purchase of a new medical style bed for my mother who went into a memory care facility that did not have a bed for her. My mother is weakening and has had issues falling, including out of bed. The new bed met the facilities needs of not have a full side rail and met my mother's needs of having a support that prevented her falling and helping her out of bed. Omar also helped coordinate the delivery to the memory care facility and coordinate an installer since I live remote to where my mother lives and my relatives were unable to complete these steps.
