Medtigo facilitated getting my New York State RN license, which was a difficult process. They made it very smooth my license analyst. Pranali Narnavar was excellent. Pranali was the representative who handled my account and she was amazing. I had been trying, for 12 months, to update my California NP license (to reflect a second certification) without success (paperwork lost by the BRN, long phone queues and email replies that were non-existent or unhelpful). Charuta Bankar at medtigo may have provided me with the best customer service experience I have received in my 58 years. She was truly exceptional in terms of her technical knowledge, her near immediate replies to my questions and to guiding me through the process. She just took the ball and ran with it which eliminated me from having to do any work or spend any time on the process other than the fingerprinting required for all licensees. I don't use hyperbole often but in this case it is appropriate. She was truly exceptional. I cannot thank or recommend her highly enough. Any customer and/or employer is so fortunate to have her.
