Booked an appt which was a regular monthly appt, cancelled it, got a text (because you can’t call them to discuss) to say the subscription had been cancelled. Later that month the monthly subscription was taken from my account. Later refunded as I had to send another message. Again confirmed as cancelled……..
This month…. The money has been taken again!!! Really!! So again numerous phone calls - to which are not answered. Email has been sent to them and so has a what’s App and a Voicemail. What a waste of my time. Let’s see if they respond.

10:32am What’s App message sent to me with the words ‘Are you Crazy?’ Which has since been deleted.

10:34am - A very rude and abusive man called:
The guy was shouting over the top of my voice, not giving me time to speak (although I did manage in the end) he asked me again if I was crazy, followed by ‘Are you alright? in a very condescending way, implying that I wasn’t right in the head’ - I said no I wasn't as they’d taken the money again after me cancelling my subscription and getting confirmation from them that it had been cancelled, He made out it was my fault as I had subscribed in the first place. His rude, abusive and aggressive nature was an extremely sad example to the Company.

Still no refund. I will be taking this further.

Had to give at least one star but I’d like to give none.

I wouldn’t sign up to a rolling monthly visit if I were you ! 😡

I had booked a New Car / Protection Detail.
Leo and Dawood from Medusa arrived and worked diligently cleaning the car inside and out and applying the ceramic coating as per the detailing package. Both were polite and friendly and kept me informed. Very happy with the result and will be booking future car wash with Medusa.

Rahan cleaned and valeted our car today. He did an amazing job the car looks like new. I'm delighted. Real attention to detail, and professional friendly attitude. Thanks Rahan!

Fantastic service. Did a great job on removing all the mould and dirt from our convertible. Will be using them regularly.

Incredible service. I got an inside valet done and couldn’t be more pleased. Gizella was very thorough and took care of my car. I had a slight defect and she was sure to be careful around that part. First time user here as well and I don’t see why I will use anyone else.

I'm a returning customer and once again I was not disappointed. Rahan's work is exceptional. Can't fault it. My car looks as good as new. A job very well done.

Excellent service

Really pleased with the service. I had a full ceramic coating put on my car and the team took their time and made it look fantastic. Such great people and will be using them going forward for the monthly maintenance. Definitely recommend!
