I booked the free walking tour and food and crafts tour with Meet Bosnia. Both were excellent with very knowledgeable guides. Elma was super personable and did a great job of catering the conversation to the interests and pace of our small group for the food tour. We tried a great mix of different foods and definitely did not leave hungry. Our guide for the walking tour had a really impressive amount of knowledge about the country's history and was very receptive to questions. I felt like I learned so much about the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina because of these activities and they contributed to days I hope I'll never forget.

The tour was amazing. Our local guide Arna explained with lot of passion Bosnia story as we walked trough the main streets of Old Sarajevo. she recommended food, restaurants and free plans for the week as well as told us some tales and curiosities. It was really inspiring

Definitely a must do trip. We saw all the main things we wanted in one a tour. The pace was perfectly acceptable even for our young children. The stops were of a good duration allowing us plenty of time to see everything we needed to see and take plenty of photos. Our tour guide Elma (I think) was exceptional, very good with the kids and very interesting facts to tell us about Bosnia. Thank you for making our holidays extra special :)

Absolutely best trip to the south of Bosnia- Herzegovina with beautiful sunny weather.

Fun fact* I specifically chose this agency cause of my really great experience with the first trip with them and I'm not regretting it!!

For the tour to Mostar we were taken care of by the most passionate guide Jasmin whose unlimited knowledge of the region’s history, culture, and local traditions made the experience even better.
Jasmin was dropping facts while we drove to the different destinations through beautiful landscape.

We were informed and updated about the schedule for the day throughout the whole trip and were never rushed at the stops. Our guide, Jasmin also payed attention to the needs of our group, while maintaining a relaxed and supportive atmosphere at all times. He even made stops that weren't on the schedule just so we could experience some more. He also kept the girl in our group ,who cant speak English, updated by a translation app the whole day. He really went above and beyond and made sure we didn't miss anything!!

I would've booked the same trip again if I could... 10/10!!

My husband and I arrived in Sarajevo today. It was my first visit and his first time back in almost 30 years, so finding the right introduction to the city felt important.

I found the food and artisans tour through Meet Bosnia but the timings did not work for us. I contacted them directly to ask about arranging a private tour and they were incredibly helpful. We arrived at our hotel at around 1pm and were able to start the tour at 3, which was perfect.

It has been a wonderful introduction to Sarajevo. We were delighted to meet Arna, our guide. She is clearly proud of her city and has a genuine love for it which comes across very naturally. Sarajevo is a place that wears its heart on its sleeve and Arna helps you understand that in a very real and thoughtful way.

At the start she gave us a really useful overview, not a rigid itinerary but more an insight into what we might notice in people, behaviours and the general atmosphere of the city. It helped us see things we would otherwise have missed.

She was warm, open and completely authentic. There was never any pressure to buy anything or to spend longer in certain places, which we really appreciated. The experience felt very relaxed and personal.

As we walked through the city she pointed out places of significance, suggested locations to return to and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. It was also clear that she knows the city and its people well, which added to the sense of being properly immersed.

I do not want to overstate it, but hearing Arna speak about her own experiences during the war and the siege of Sarajevo was one of the most interesting and meaningful conversations I have had on any tour. What stayed with me most was her perspective today, which is positive, forward looking and rooted in a genuine desire for unity and happiness.

The food and drinks were all delicious and gave us a great introduction to the local culture, but what really made this tour stand out was the depth of connection and understanding it offered.

Sarajevo is a fascinating and complex city and this felt like the perfect way to begin to understand it.

Meet Bosnia and Arna are excellent. If you are considering booking this tour, I would absolutely recommend

I have joined 2 tours with this company. Fall of Yugoslavia and a day tour for Mostar regional tour. Both are great experiences. I have had great communication with the company on all aspects of the tours. Tour guides are Bosnians who offers you insightful information and personal stories about countries most tragic recent history. The tour buses are also very comfortable. They provide pick up from my apartment. Since I had a back pain during my visit this helped me a lot health vise. I highly recommend all the tours they provide so much so that I will join a free day tour of Sarajevo today before leaving. Thank you so much and Keep up the good work.

The tour is wonderful around the old town With lots of information and history from the old time untill the recent war. The guide Arna was great and super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.

We did 2 tours with Meet Bosnia: the free walking tour through Sarajevo and the drive from Belgrade to Sarajevo.
Both the guides were nice, professional, on time, and experienced.

Our guide was fantastic and shared plenty of interesting background information about the country, the city, and the sights along the way. It was definitely worth it.

The walking tour was great and I enjoyed it irrespective of the rain. Our guide gave a lot of insights and made us comfortable by running to the tour company bringing umbrellas to continue the tour.

Our tour guide was amazing, took us to the main spots os Sarajevo and shared her own story! It was a great experience!

We booked a return airport transfer. Inbound was great, they were even able to accommodate an unexpected two hour layover when our plane was diverted to Split. Full marks! We were very happy with these guys at this point.
However on the return journey, they just didn't turn up, despite me confirming the day before. We waited 20 minutes. This left me rushing around finding an ATM to get cash to pay a regular taxi so that we could get to the airport on time.
On the viator page, I couldn't apply for a refund because the trip's date is the inbound journey, not the outbound, so the trip was considered "complete".
My advice: book your airport transfers as two separate trips, and maybe don't rely on Meet Bosnia Travel.

We had 2 tours with meet Bosnia: the Sarajevo walking tour and the Mostar tour. Both very interesting and well organized. Edim for the sarajevo walking tour was passionate and always interesting: visiting the city with a such a great guide allows us to really understand the Bosnian culture. The land is beautiful and bosnian people are special!
