The overall experience just wasn’t smooth. Between delays, missing parts, and unclear instructions, it became more stressful than it should be.

Customer support took too long to respond. When they did, the solution wasn’t very helpful. Felt like I was on my own.

Instructions were confusing and not detailed enough. I had to look up videos online just to figure things out.

I don’t know these folks at Meetone Trikes but having spent basically all winter researching for the trike I wanted. I was looking for quality, a fair price and very importantly to me was service after the sale. So I decided to go with Meetone trikes and have to say it was one of the best decisions I had ever made! The trike is awesome and was even better than I was hoping for. I did have a question and Elsie from customer service was very prompt to return my email. She was polite and knowledgeable. Received the trike with missing parts, which made assembly impossible at first. Took a while to get replacements. Very inconvenient.

I was very pleased with the quick response and honest answers. After purchase support, It was good. I would have said, great accept for 1 customer service agent who was abrupt and hung up on me. Overall customer service was great. They were quick to help me and to reimburse me the cost of bleeding the brakes. I am very pleased with the trike. In general, it rides nice well made and a lot of fun, even though I use it to get to and from work.I enjoy riding it on my bike rides with my friends. The basket makes it easy to go grocery shopping and do other fun things. While riding the track. I have ridden it in snow and it does very, very well plenty of traction and stability. I look forward to writing it for many years.

I did extensive research when I decided to buy an electric trike. During my research I came across Meet One. They met and exceeded all of the requirements that I was looking for in a trike. When my Breeze Pro was delivered, the seat had a minor flaw and when notified they promptly sent me a new seat. I am extremely pleased with the performance of my trike and the companies response to my needs.

My MeetOne etrike Tour arrived quickly! It was packed so well, you can tell the company really cares how the customer receives their anticipated purchase. My husband put it together for me and he took the initial ride. He loved it! I noticed neighbors staring. It was finally my turn…I hopped on, clipped my helmet and cautiously rode slowly down the hill and around the circle. Feeling a bit more confident, I rode up the hill and around the whole neighborhood. It was SO much fun! The trike is stable and it gives me freedom. I’m looking forward to many rides. Customer service has been wonderful answering all of my questions. I’ll submit a photo after I add a bit of color to the all of the grey and black trike.
(I don’t think they will mind). One more thing that I can’t say enough; QUALITY!

I bought my MeetOne Tour during their Black Friday sale.
It arrived intact. I opened the box, took one look, and said to myself, "No way you can put this together." Well, guess what, I did put it together. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. The Trike is AWESOME. It rides and feels like a million bucks. I did have some minor issues, which Alfie and Alicia were very helpful in correcting. I highly recommend this trike and MeetOne. I have no regrets.

Just finished assembling 2 meetone pro fat tire trikes,all went well. I checked out a lot of etrikes and this is the best one I could find. I'm glad I went with meetone, the quality is better than I expected. I had one concern about the motor drive chain. I thought it was a bit loose but Carter at customer service assured me it was normal. Thank you, your customer service is great.

I called customer service about charging my battery and they told me what I needed to know. They were great. I bought my trike in September 2025 and ride it everyday. It gives me the freedom I want. I love my trike. I am not allow to drive so it lets me go anywhere.

The trike arrived pretty quick, but it came with the trike delivered on its side on the pallet, and had bent both rear fenders and wouldn't go back even though plastic material of some sort. However, I reported the problem to MeetOne support immediately and they sent me 2 new fenders immediately, I just sent them pics of the fenders and a description of the issue like I did here and did it the day the trike was delivered. So no problems and they even proactively asked how the trike was performing even before the trike was delivered. Excellent, support, because they even sent me an email asking if everything with the replacement fenders was okay. So , I replied that everything was A-okay!

I love the trike and the PAS feature that uses the force you apply to the pedals instead of just a cadence sensor that allows ghost pedalling. I like to pedal when I want to but just with some help as I am much older now and don't have the strength and endurance I once had. 5 Stars from me to MeetOne and 5 Stars for the Tour trike itself! Rock-n-Roll, literally!

The Meet One Tour trike is a very high quality piece of machinery. This is not a toy. It’s built to last for years. The trike is powerful and handles like a dream. Before buying, know that it’s very heavy (183 pounds) and can not be easily lifted. There is a learning curve to ride the trike as it’s completely different than riding a bicycle but once you’re comfortable riding it, you’ll know that you’ve made the right decision in purchasing it.

My cruise control never worked on my Meet One Tour Trike. After an investigation by Meet One Trike they determined that it was the display that was faulty. They ordered me a new display and after a couple of three weeks, I got it and I put the new display on and the cruise control works perfect. I am very, very happy to have the cruise control, on long rides and flat level ground. It will really save my wrist from getting stiff.

I purchased two Tours on the Black Friday Special. The E-trikes arrived in about three weeks. Although it took 2 months to receive the full promotion packages, it was worth the wait. ALICIA in the Customer Service Dept. was so patient, diligent, courteous, responsive, and helpful. She was there from the beginning to end, and I rate her a "10+!" The company appears to want to please their Meet One E-Trike family members at the highest level of service. They are there for any questions or hick-ups. The E-tricks are high quality and well engineered. We bought them for exercise and pleasure. And. . . most important thing! . . . they are FUN! Great 5 yr. warranty, support, and product. Enjoy a great ride with a trusted company, we are!!!!
