Avoid this company, placed an order 20 days ago no communication what so ever countless un answered emails and calls - this company is a complete scam

Got in touch with this company for tiles which their website said they had in stock. Called multiple times with no answer, when we did get through we were told that next day delivery would be possible once they had checked supplies. They promised to call back with updates. Never called back. We tried over the course of a few days but never got definitive answers from them which delayed our search elsewhere.

Ordered an item online. Took the money from my account and the next got an email notification that it had been refunded with absolutely no explanation as to why. Rubbish service and not the only one by the looks of the reviews

I would highly suggest avoiding mega bathrooms, order placed 22/01/25 with express shipping option paid for over 2 weeks later 30+ attempts to call and a ridiculous amount of unanswered emails they issued a refund 11/02/25, as they did not have the stock. False promises of delivery made and a waste of time.

Months after i bought a bidet toilet, we needed a part to fix the toilet and Mega bathrooms gave us an excellent customer service by sending us the part at no extra cost. They responded with speed and efficiency.

Ordered a Kitchen tap online and received a email to confirm the order, great and everything was looking good.... How wrong was I.

A few days later I was told that the item had been shipped. I waited a few days and received nothing.

Then when I contacted them via email I was told that the item was never shipped as they did not have the colour tap that I had originally ordered and that they had another colour which I did not want.

I have now sent two emails over the past few days asking for a refund and have had no response as of yet.

I have also called the office number a few times and again nobody is picking up and the line hangs up on you and just says that nobody is available.

It looks and sounds to me that it's just another company pulling a fast one so be careful people as the order was placed two weeks ago and I am STILL trying to resolve the issue.

The company have never came to me directly to resolve the matter, I have had to continue to chase them.

I will now just contact my bank and claim the money back from them directly as I don't have the time to mess about any longer.

This should be the standard of customer service. I was having some problems regarding the bathroom furniture so I contacted them via email. Even if it was a weekend they responded to me after an hour. They sorted out the problem, i placed the order via email and got the order on the very next day... I am literally impressed.

Couldn't get to them for 2 day's. Not picking up phone, no answer emails. Had previously ordered some from them, I'd did work. But second time absolutely shameful.

Fantastic customer support from beginning to end of the process, well informed team and go the extra mile at every stage.

Don't buy from this place. Rude, unhelpful, expensive and the returns policy means if you don't like it when you receive it you have to return it at your expense.

Perfect. Exactly what I ordered

I was looking to buy a combined toilet / bidet ( a 'Turkish toilet' ) for a rebuilt family bathroom and found a suitable product via the Mega Bathrooms website. I needed to talk with a member of staff there regarding dimensions and a suitable vertical mixer valve to supply the bidet etc, etc and Billy at Mega was very helpful indeed. I also needed to purchase a rectangular shower tray but with a corner waste and he was also very helpful in suggesting another company for that, which has also turned out well. Thank you Billy.

Tried all the main retailers, but no joy. These guys answered the phone, got what I needed and had it ready within the hour. Great service, even brought it out to my car for me!
