I’m waiting already more than 10 hours…

I’m waiting already more than 10 hours to process to withdrawal my money. 3 times trying a chat and 3 different conversations about the way how they withdraw the money. If is going one way and you spending your money so easy why is so difficult to pay winning money back ? Not really happy about this because another websites they do this faster. I just want to see how long this will gonna take them and I was right . Probably they are not planning to pay your money at all !

Pretty good experience for me

Overall solid casino. There are a ton of games and they offer most of the live stuff that all the big boys offer. Signup was easy, deposit with Apple Pay was easy, my withdrawal via Apple Pay took maybe 6 hours without any verification requested. People complaining about losing and rigged/scams/etc. are likely just the normal degenerates who can’t handle when they lose! Overall, giving 4 stars only because the interface is a bit dated/old school but the functionality and games on offer are solid.

This site never wants to pay out been with them a while so I don't need to verify as I've done it may times and guess what they still don't want to pay out withdrawal is just stuck on processing emailed and I just get withdrawals are aimed to be checked in a couple of hours darling it's been a lot longer than 2 hours such a scamming site! user name sarahsim1 already sent emails and tried online chat I suggested everyone tries poker stars and leaves this site alone

SCAM AVOID!!!!

Choose this site as they offered 100 free spins when you sign up. Paid into the game and couldn’t get my free spins. When I asked the help desk what’s gone wrong they said management has decided that they won’t give me them and wouldn’t tell me why. I am on a few sites and never had this problem before. I am currently going through the same process as a lot of reviews I have now seen unfortunately after I have deposited money into this site. It will not let me withdraw the money I have won due to “reviewing my documents “ which they have been reviewing for some time. Your quick enough to take my money but don’t seem to want to pay out when people have won. I have emailed numerous time and tried talking to the bot but had no response. I have asked to speak to a manager but still have heard nothing back. If I do not get a reply within the next 24 hours I will have no other option that to seek legal advice. It is disgusting how you treat paying customers!!!!
