SCAM!!! Be warned!!! My partner and I bought a dining table and bedframe in April 2026. The delivery for dining table was delayed for over 1 month. We requested a refund and to date no refund has been provided. The bedframe was delivered too short. And when we complained they told us to buy a shorter mattress or order a longer bedframe at our cost plus wait another month. We wrote a formal complaint to the customer service seeking a refund - and to date, no response and no refund. Very disappointing and just terrible service!

Bought a double bed received mechanisms for a king size bed , company then ignored my messages and blocked me on Facebook when I complained , I now have a unusable bed

I had been searching for a couch for my new place for about two weeks and couldn’t find anything good at a reasonable price. A friend recommended that I check out Mega Furniture in Austin, and I’m so glad I did.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a salesperson named Jay, and he was amazing. He helped me find the perfect couch and loveseat at a great price. I was so happy with the experience and the pricing that I also ended up purchasing a kitchen table with four chairs and a complete bedroom set.

Jay was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I got the best possible prices. The whole experience was easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. I’m so relieved to have all my furniture shopping done and can finally relax before moving in.

I highly recommend this store, and especially Jay. I’m really glad I found a place I can trust for quality furniture and great customer service.
