I highly recommend Megan Baker - I recently purchased through their agency in Cowes and it has been a surprisingly easy and stress free process. Response times were excellent and Anne is straightforward, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Unlike other agents I've used in the past, they are with you every step of the way, from initial viewing, through the negotiation process, ensuring everything runs quickly and smoothly until completion. They always respond to emails or telephone calls promptly. Always polite and professional. The most honest and helpful agent I've ever dealt with. They're able to make excellent recommendations for local services, conveyancing etc. I've only used them for the purchase of a property but I'm sure they would be equally efficient and dynamic when acting for a vendor. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I required a valuation of our property for personnel reasons, which were explained to Megan prior to her visit. When she arrived she was well prepared, gave her time even though she was aware we had no intention of selling. Megan explained things to me, asked questions and took information down. Over the years i have dealt with estate agents and have never been that impressed. Megan I felt was honest, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and interested in what I had to say. I would have no hesitation in giving her my property to sell if necessary in the future.
