Order made June 23rd. Nothing delivered. Tried several times to contact via online chat. No response. Tried to email, admin email address returned by postmaster. Ordered again today and paid £7.50 for special delivery in the hope that this will ensure it arrives.

£200 order never arrived, used online chat for a week straight with no response, sent 10 emails and there’s no contact number either

Ordered a tanning lotion, didn’t receive a confirmation email with an order number, haven’t received the product so i emailed them to chase it up & tried to explain they haven’t provided an order number & the only proof of purchase i have is my bank statement of the payment coming out my account. I am then being told i need to contact tiktok because they ship certain lotions with tiktok?? Sorry is that a joke i can’t contact the website i bought the lotion from? How the hell am i supposed to contact tiktok about a product i haven’t purchased through tiktok. Tried to explain this & they have yet again told me to go through tiktok… awful customer service & i am now £30 down & going to have to dispute this with my bank. Ridiculous!!!!!

I have used this company twice with no problems on any of the orders. However 3rd time unlucky!!! Placed order and was awaiting dispatch. Was advised that it had been dispatched although still showing awaiting pick up. Megatan are very good and getting back to you with a update but my main complaint is they lied to me. They advised me i could have a refund or a different cream but they told me it had been shipped. I asked for a refund. Turns out hadn't even been shipped because the said item is out of stock. So they took my money for something that was not even available and are still advertising as available online. Let's see if I get my refund. Very disappointing Megatan I won't be using you again

AVOID WHERE POSSIBLE!! They sell misleading products. Claim it’s a rebrand. But it’s absolutely not!! After receiving something I DID NOT Order they want me to pay to send it back.

Go to Black cream was really effective. Also, the best price I've ever seen it!

I visited the shop for a tan, lovely staff and knowledgeable. Bought a cream as I left, ready for my holiday!
