Regarding your request for specific IP addresses, our infrastructure automatically assigns IPs to ensure efficiency, fairness, and rapid provisioning for all customers. As we couldn’t manually allocate the exact IPs requested, we swiftly initiated your refund. As communicated earlier, your refund was promptly initiated through BitPay, the cryptocurrency processor you selected. BitPay has already contacted you via email with instructions to securely claim your funds.

Regarding identity verification, we strictly adhere to EU and Lithuanian laws (Anti-Money Laundering Directives) requiring KYC checks for cryptocurrency payments—this is a regulatory obligation, not a discretionary policy. For full transparency, we were unable to proceed with your migration request because the feature you need is not currently supported by our hypervisors, a necessary security measure for isolating VPS. Therefore, we required further details to understand the situation fully, hence the additional information our technician was requesting. He was genuinely seeking further information to clarify why you were facing this situation. He anticipated that the migration wouldn't solve your matter at hand.

That being said, we are actively working on a private network between VPS so it would work natively with Kubernetes clusters eliminating the complexities you had.

That being said, when an order isn't being delivered automatically following the payment confirmation, you may reach out to us directly for us to investigate the cause. Since, we are using third parties for Payment processing it may occur, while being very rare, that the payment confirmation isn't being sent to us or the funds not received. In which case, it is ideal to contact us in order to troubleshoot the situation.

Upon reviewing your case, we realize that the guidance provided by our technical support team did not meet your expectations, and for this, we sincerely apologize.

Regarding your payment, our investigation indicates that the funds were actually not received on our end, as the payment was reversed to your credit card. This could be due to a cancellation initiated by you or an issue in processing by the Stripe payment gateway. It is the reason why our provisioning system didn’t go through with your order. Please note on a bank statement, returned payments are likely to be shown as 2 distinct transactions and also there could be a delay in between.
