Thief brand with a rude founder
I purchased a bag from melimelo in 2017 and returned it within melimelo policy 14days return. Since that I didn’t get my refund. I was trying to contact melimelo for the 166 pounds I paid and they refused to give me refund with the excuse she can’t do it. Customer have 6 years extended time for the refund and it’s melimelo forgot to give my refund back. Also she is the owner and director. Which is not make senseto me. I followed all melimelo rules and it’s melimelo steal my money and the founder says she doesn’t have right to do refund. I’m not too sure it is a joke or not. And the whole conversation she is been very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also when I ask is there anyone else I can ask for help she just block me. Which is a shocking.
For a brand treating their client like this should shut down straight away.
