The picture on the website showed roses…
The picture on the website showed roses in the arrangement but there were no roses instead there were Lillies on the arrangement you delivered. Roses are not out of season now. It was disappointing.

Hi Joe, we’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed. The orchid in your arrangement was a cut Phalaenopsis bloom and not a potted plant. As these orchids naturally grow in clusters of eight to ten flowers, florists use small water tubes to keep an individual cut orchid hydrated and fresh. We recommend topping up the water in the tube every second day to help keep your bloom hydrated. We hope this helps clarify, and please let us know if there’s anything further we can assist with.

Flowers were beautiful. Delivery next day no problems. We have used Melissa's several times and always happy. Great value for money- beautiful arrangements. Being very close by we got free delivery which is a great bonus. Highly recommend
