I recently ordered from melomys.uk� and honestly had a really good experience. The website was easy to use, the ordering process was simple, and my package arrived on time and well packed. The quality of the products was even better than I expected, and everything looked exactly like in the photos.
Customer service was also very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I’m very happy with my order and I would definitely recommend Melomys UK to anyone looking for good quality products and reliable service. I will surely order again!

Received my order and very happy with the product, the delay was royal mail and nothing to do with melomys. They even chased it up and informed me of the update.

Recevied damaged parcel
I waited eagerly for the arrival of my parcel, but I was disappointed to find that it arrived damaged. The box was crushed, and there were clear dents all over it. Unfortunately, the cream jar inside broke, causing a spill. It looks like the package might have been stacked improperly or mishandled during transit.

Excellent, good product, very fast delivery. My only issue is that before I placed the order I tried to contact the company with a couple of questions, this I did using both their contact form and email address, however I didn't receive a reply to either message after a couple of days. I placed the order anyway and am pleased that I did.
