It works well and I have begun to use it in my day to day, now with mcp into claude for scoping into various projects

While the device and recordings are amazing. It’s been almost a month since I’ve reached out to customer service about access to the desktop version. I can’t connect my mobile app to my desktop version because it’s two separate accounts for some reason. I’ve been reaching out for over a month, sending follow up emails, relentlessly and still no resolution. This has made it extremely hard to use the notes in a manner that works best for me until I can get full access to the desktop version and connected to my ChatGPT, I can’t really use it as I need to at this point.

This Memoket Gem feels well built. Super resistant, pretty premium: that's my first impression and it holds up.

*Build & feel*
•⁠ ⁠The band material is elastic enough to be comfortable, but it still feels firm and secure, not loose at all
•⁠ ⁠It has four strips of velcro, which looks solid; not 100% sure how it will hold up long term, but functionally it feels sturdy
•⁠ ⁠Without the plastic cover, the band and device look nicer, more premium
•⁠ ⁠With the cover on, it becomes more discreet, good for meetings or work settings where I don't want it standing out
•⁠ ⁠The device itself looks very nice, and honestly I wish there was a case that worked more like a frame, something that protects it but still shows off the body instead of hiding it

Where it really delivers is audio. Mic quality and recording clarity are great, and speech recognition sits around 90 to 100 percent. It misses a word here and there, a few names don't come through correctly, and context isn't always perfect, but compared to what I get from Gemini, this is much better.

Speaking of which, I have tried using Gemini for this kind of thing and it gets in the way, interrupting while I talk, and the recognition quality isn't as good. So now Gemini is more of a backend tool for me:
•⁠ ⁠I feed the raw speech into it and ask it for summaries, feature requests, and specs
•⁠ ⁠Memoket Gem is the front-line capture device, it records the whole meeting
•⁠ ⁠I pull out the summaries and feature requests from that, then move everything to the cloud for follow-up

My main use case is meetings, capturing feature requests, requirements, and specs, and it is genuinely helping. I am not taking manual notes anymore, and the accuracy is high enough that I am not stuck correcting things constantly.

If I had to ask for improvements:
•⁠ ⁠Build that frame-style case so the device stays visible instead of covered
•⁠ ⁠Improve name recognition and contextual understanding for more technical conversations

finally I can concentrate on the meeting discussion without the need to write down notes in parallel. Memoket does that for me. Minor adoptions (e.g. of abbreviations) are necessary, but a minor thing to do.

Furthermore integration with Claude makes it a full 360-experience.

Memoket has no problem when you forget to take it off while swimming. That is a quite a value too.

My advice would be to deliver it with two charging-adapters as the battery needs recharging when heavily used :).

Can't go back! I've been using memoket for the last months and I can't imagine what it'd be like without it. Now I can finally be present and not have to worry about trying to remember every single detail or quickly writing it down. Now I just casually turn it on anytime I have an important conversation. It is a game changer and would recommend it to anyone that has important conversations!

Memoket has been a great tool for taking the burden out of note-taking during virtually any type of conversation. Instead of splitting my attention between listening and writing things down, I can stay focused on the discussion while Memoket captures the important points.

I especially like the automated action items, the ability to easily share notes, and how it connects context across different conversations and notes. Over time, this creates a much more useful knowledge base than just having isolated meeting transcripts.

Memoket has developed a tool that has become an essential part of my daily routine.

I have been using the Gem for several weeks and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities.

The summaries for medical appointments are not only spot on with medical terminology, but they are easy to read.

Also, the translation summaries when in conversation with bilingual friends and family, are very helpful when confirming what was said.

The most impressive skill is the ability for the Ai to recall memory across all conversations. If you can remember anything about a conversation, or the day you want to reference, Gem will find it.

The Memoket Gem is truly an amazing device. It has been my assistant and Companion for the last few weeks, helping me to make sure I remember events and fax from meetings and other engagements. The memory this device has other transcriptions and how it incorporate it into useful information continues to grow.

I have had the greatest experience with this product and this company Memoket gem has been a life changer for me. I know that sounds a bit much, but it really has with my busy schedule running a construction company. I have a lot of moving parts but having the ability to go in and summarize everything I did and attach it to jobs and I'm attached to makes life so much easier. This is the best. I have tried four other of these AI devices. This by far is the best. 

The staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful. Memoket has taken all of my work process to another level. The wearable works very well and very easy to use. Having the app on phone and laptop is a huge value add and it syncs so it’s, again, very easy and intuitive.

For us “old dudes” the Memoket is a saving grace, once we spend some time with it. It takes some time, but it is well worth it. Please keep me updated as to product and procedure.
