Memoky was very responsive and honored a discount code I forgot to enter when I made my purchase. I didn't follow up for a long time, yet they were super kind and responsive. I so appreciate that. It's an honorable way to do business. I also love the pieces I ordered.

Good experience

Most of these negative reviews are because of COVID and furniture is back-logged. Wayfair has furniture that won't be shipped for up to 10 weeks. It's not the seller's fault if they are given the wrong info. I ordered a sectional through Jillian and everything went smoothly. She is very personable and nice to deal with. I was lucky enough that the item didn't have to be made, it was in the warehouse.

Don’t waste your money

Absolute scam company. $900 bookshelf was supposed to ship within 1-2 weeks—it’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve received no response to my emails and no shipping information at all. I’m now having to deal with cancelling the charge through my bank. Scam

Just received my dining room table and chairs. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Patricia who helped me with my order gets an A+ for customer service and communication. Definitely recommend and will shop here again.

Greatest Customer Service Bar None

The following is from an email I sent directly to Memoky earlier today.

“To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to let you know that Jillian (not sure what her title or last name is) is the absolute best. Every time I've called with a question or a concern with my order - which was placed last November 2020 (it is now February 2021) - she has been more than willing to patiently listen, assist me in any way possible, and she politely returns my phone call in a timely fashion. I imagine that the current pace of shipping is causing quite a few inquiries/complaints and it would be easy for your sales team to feel frustrated. Her level of professionalism is truly something that I hope you all appreciate and reward. While I haven’t yet received the items I’ve ordered, I would be glad to order Memoky again on customer service alone!”

Cheap

Cheap. Took a gamble on some chairs from this company and they are in deed made poorly. I would go elsewhere and purchase from reputable furniture companies.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY STAY AWAY

On June 29, 2020 I placed an order with Memoky, Inc for a dining room table. (After ordering And some research I found out their actual store is called “sit down NY” which they operate from the same address as Memoky.)

At time of order I spoke with Jillian Bates who stated that the table was on back order but will be available on September 15, 2020. I agreed and moved forward with the order. After many phone calls going back and forth with them, I finally received the table over 60 days later than the original expected delivery date. The table arrived damaged with a crack down the middle of the table.
On November 19, 2020 Patricia Trotta stated she will place an order for a new table top to replace the damaged one I received.
On Friday January 08, 2021 "Deliver-Right" who is a delivery company hired by Memoky, Inc attempted to deliver the table. Once they brought it into my home and took it out of the box, we realized it was a circular table and not a square table that I originally ordered. The delivery company took back the table top and I immediately contacted Jillian Bates and notified her of the situation via phone and also emailed Patricia Trotta with no response back to date. Seems like Jillian and Patricia play good cop bad cop between each other and always act sorry about the situation but are useless and do not care to help. I will be escalating the situation legally but hope no one else has to deal with this fraudulent company!

Quality & Professionalism 10/10

We ordered two chairs back in September that were on backorder. They finally arrived in January and they're GORGEOUS. Highly recommend Memoky and will purchase from here again (worth the wait). Experience and quality were 10/10. Shout out to Eddie who stepped up when we had a delivery question and handled it immediately without any hesitation, and our main POC, Dennis, whom was was kind, communicative and professional. The Memoky team was an absolute pleasure to work with.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Sales team (Jillian) lied about delivery time to get the sale; we kept waiting and waiting for our table to arrive and each time we'd call, they had a different story. Eventually, Memoky (Patty) acknowledged that Jillian had lied and offered to give us a discount (which she later DENIED ENTIRELY!!!!) Jillian, the sales woman that lied, still works there--wouldn't trust her at all. Our table was delayed 3 months. Once it got to our area, we scheduled deliveries on three different occasions---all NO SHOWS...not even the courtesy of a phone call after we had someone waiting from their delivery window of 7am-7pm. When we finally got it delivered (after speaking to the management), the item arrived disassembled, which was NEVER mentioned on Memoky's site---when asked they said well, since we do free delivery, we don't do a white glove service. This is a $1600 table---I cannot believe anyone wouldn't want to have a great customer experience. We had to hire someone to put it together. We like the table, but are returning it, as I cannot support a business of crooks. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!

Update: After posting this review, Jacob responded. He offered to pay for the assembly and immediately refunded that back to our CC. He also mentioned they were going to make delivery/assembly more clear for future purchasers. Patty also ended up giving us the $250 discount that they had promised. It was a frustrating experience throughout, but due to Jacob's follow up I added an additional star to my review because of this.

We make the claim to have high standards, yet reading your review it's obvious we have failed on several fronts.

It's painful to read but it is the truth and we value honesty most. We would never make any false claims in order to make a sale. Many circumstances outside of our control went wrong, and unfortunately, even things within our control we also fumbled. But no excuses you are our client and it's our job as a good business to ensure you are ultimately satisfied. We failed and I'm sorry.

You mentioned that you did like the table you received and I would love to find a way to at least make something go right. 

If there is anything we can do, perhaps cover the cost of assembly or discount on another purchase, would be happy to work with you and earn your trust again.

I love this store

I love this store. It's very fun to explore, furniture, lighting and fixtures are top quality and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I find myself going to the site during my lunch break just to see what's new and plan out what I can get for my future home.

The product was great and customer…

The product was great and customer service even better.
I purchased during Covid when the store was shut down, when I didn't get an email that it had been sent, I called, got a real person and they assured me that they would go to the store and get it shipped by the end of the week. They did. I got it. Great!

Dining Room

I recently bought a dining table and chairs. The quality of the the wood table is beautiful. I sought out real wood mid century modern tables and I am so happy I found Memoky. The table is everything I hoped. The original table I wanted wasn’t available and their customer service rep called and sent me other similar options. She even provided me with her personal number to contact her at any time and personal store delivery. I’m so happy with my table and chairs (which are comfy!) and hope to use them again.

I ordered a greta bed online, after a week or so I called and they said the shipping should be on its way, good customer service and got my bed and the following week. Love the bed !
