All pricing and renewal details are clearly shown before any subscription is confirmed, and Apple requires explicit user approval before a purchase goes through. There is no automatic price increase without clear disclosure, the plan type, billing cycle, and renewal price are always displayed upfront.

What's shown before you subscribe? When you select a plan, both our app screen and Apple's confirmation popup clearly state:

If you're paying £4.99 for the first month, followed by an annual subscription at the yearly rate;
OR if you're selecting the £14.99/month monthly subscription option;
The exact renewal terms and when you'll be charged.

You must actively confirm this information through Apple's payment screen before any charge can occur. This is Apple's standard process, and nothing happens without your explicit approval of those exact terms.

We offer multiple Premium Plan options in the 🛒 Shop section, each with different pricing structures. Our most affordable option is just 3.49/month when billed annually (plus applicable local taxes). Each plan comes with a 7-day free trial (if you haven't had one before), and the exact terms are always displayed before purchase.

Since you've already cancelled, you won't be charged further. If you'd like us to review your specific subscription details or have questions about what plan was selected, please reach out to us at support@memoryos.com with your account information.

We also want to mention that memoryOS offers a robust freemium version with access to many lessons, videos, and Virtual Mind Palaces, completely free, with no payment required. Our team takes transparency very seriously and ensures all terms are clearly presented before any purchase.

Thank you for your feedback! We understand how the introductory phase might feel slow or underwhelming at first. Those early lessons are designed to introduce the basic memory techniques gradually, such as placing a few objects in a room, so that users can build confidence and mastery before moving on to more complex palaces and longer sequences.

We know the graphics are simple at this stage, and the focus is on learning the method, not visual flair. Once you move past the introduction, the exercises become more engaging and challenging, and you’ll start applying the techniques to longer sequences and custom content.

We’re really sorry to hear that you're waiting for a reply.

We want to assure you that we do respond to every support request and never ignore messages intentionally. At the moment, we’re experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of requests following the holidays, so response times may be a bit longer than normal. That said, every message is carefully reviewed and answered.

In some cases, delays also happen because we’re unable to locate an account without enough details, or because our replies end up in spam or promotions folders. This can also occur if the message was sent from an email different from the one associated with the subscription.
