Hi Jag,

Thanks for sharing your experience, we take this seriously and want to get it sorted for you.

To cancel, we'd recommend going directly through Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > memoryOS > Cancel Subscription. This works independently of the app, so it will go through regardless of what's displayed inside it.

As for the "Free plan" message - this usually means you weren't signed into the account linked to your active subscription. The subscription may be tied to a different email or login method, which is also why our team may have had trouble locating it initially.

As for the charges and the support ticket - that's not the experience we want anyone to have. You can either drop your account email or username right here in the comments, or reach out to us directly at support@memoryos.com

I'll personally make sure your case is handled and resolved as quickly as possible.

Hi Ruth,

Thank you for reaching out, and we're really sorry for the confusion. We completely understand how frustrating this must feel!

The weekly plan is a recurring subscription, and we're sorry if that wasn't made clear enough at the time of purchase. That's definitely not the experience we want for our users.

The good news is that you don't need to email us to cancel - you can do it directly on your device in just a few steps:

• Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
• Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
• Select Subscriptions
• Find memoryOS and tap Cancel Subscription

This will stop any future charges immediately. If anything doesn't go as expected, just reach out to us at support@memoryos.com and we'll help you sort it out.
