Despite my paying the annual renewal fees of AED 150 on 5th September 2025, my MENA VPN account is not activated. Numerous complaints later, the problem remains. I have paid for a service that I did not get. This is cheating!!!

Please note that we have customer support available inside the app, as well as via WhatsApp and email. Are you sure you are using the official MenaVPN application? Our servers are up and working normally, which is why we also offer a no-risk refund policy.

Worst app
Worst app. My hi speed wifi works amazingly fast but when I connect VpN it becomes slow. Customer service replies when they have time. Not instant. Very bad app and customer service. They don’t do any compensation for the loss of days when u can’t connect to VPN. They have many servers but only 1-2 works for me and that too slow. Other server is for name sake. It doesn’t connect wifi. lol.
