Ok für totale Anfänger, obwohl...
1 Stern, weil besser als nix; der 2. Stern wegen der Bequemlichkeit, dass man die Übungen nicht selber zusammensuchen muss. Das war es aber auch schon.
Die App ist sehr unflexibel: Ändert man die Anzahl der Trainingstage, wird der bisherige Fortschritt verworfen. Die Trainingszeit (Minuten pro Einheit) kann man nach der ersten Anmeldung gar nicht mehr verändern; es liegt der Gedanke nahe, dass die Übungen wohl doch nicht so individuell zusammengestellt sind ;).
Die Übungen in der Cool-down-Phase sind deutlich zu kurz, um sie sinnvoll durchführen zu können.
Wie gesagt, besser als nichts und daher evtl. für komplette Anfänger geeignet, obwohl die dann sicher eine persönliche Betreuung bräuchten und besser im Studio aufgehoben wären.
