NO REFUND POLICY BEWARE
Same as other people experience on here. Overall app is easy to use but I never completed a workout as I got injured and forgot about it. Next thing pending transaction of £80 going out. Wrote to the team and explained my situation detailing you can see I haven’t even completed one workout and asked politely for a refund as it’s a service I haven’t used. Then to be told it’s “digital content” so no refunds are possible is absolutely ludicrous and just robbing people, what am I going to do with it when I have to log into my account to access it? It’s not like I can sell it on. EDIT AFTER PRIVATE REVIEW

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I signed up for the initial purchase just to try it out. I cancelled my subscription, but it didn’t work. They charged me $105(claiming that was for a 4 week trial plan. Then 1 day later charged me $99 for 1 on 1 coaching that I didn’t sign up for. Then 10 days later charged me $35 and didn’t disclose why they charged me that fee. It was also from a different company, Mindway. Everything else was charged us Menletics. They refuse to refund me because it’s digital content, and “it’s against their policy”. Absolutely, ridiculous!!! Don’t trust these scammers!

Avoid these thieves
Thieves. They make it impossible to see to your subscription status in the app or online. Their "Help" says you manage your subscription through your phone's "subscriptions" list, but in my case it never appeared there. I emailed them (the only means of contact) they moment a pending "renewal" charge appeared, only to get fed the BS of "you agreed to these terms in the fine print" and several other dodges to hold onto an extra $105. Avoid these assholes whose business plan obviously depends upon taking extra money from people who no longer want their shit.
