5* service all the way. There was a problem with the delivery by the courier. The Menotti team were prompt and proactive in sorting this and sending a replacement item quickly.
The team also answer queries practically by return and are helpful and friendly.
I now have two sofa covers and a bed frame cover. These are all ideal for keeping the furniture safe from the claws of four cats and the fabrics really do work as described on the website. They wash and dry very easily and the colours stay vibrant.
I hope that Menotti will consider adding new items to their range. I would like to see rectangular covers that cover the cushion arm rests that a lot of sofas have these days.

Will give 5 stars, however, what I didn't realize is that with a recliner, these slips don't stay where they should or where they are tucked in. Probably more my fault for not thinking it through. The cover is indeed of a high quality elasticated material, when you tuck it into the arms/cushions etc and then jump onto your couch and recline it the tucked in bits jump out, so when it's bedtime and you reset the seats I have to go round the couch tucking everything in again which is a bit of a PITA. They provide bits of cardboard that I guess is meant to stop this from happening, but they popped out too..arghhhh... anyhow, good and quick service, good material and a reply on Whatsapp at 10:30pm what's not too like, just this tucking in thing every time I use the couch is a pain..

Lovely colour and material. Went for velvet as described , but not actually velvet which is great. Wanted something that would cover my leather sofa from scratches as my lab has to join me on sofa. Love the fact clear instructions included and can see it on you tube

I was a little unsure if these would work at well as I wanted them to but I was so wrong, they are amazing!

The covers are good however the cardboard wedges leave a lot to be desired

At the start I received an offer for 10% off first purchase, so I ordered an armchair cover and got my 10% off. The cover came very quickly and I was pleased with it. After I had placed my order I then received another email from Menotti offering me 20% off first order. Not happy.

Looks absolutely fab! Gives the room a whole new look.

Really happy with the 3 sofa covers we have, they look great. I like to change the colour according to the season. I only wish the cardboard pieces were less exciting for the children, as they seem to love excavating them.

Previously purchased the Menotti sofa covers which were top quality. I've had them for three years now and with three active kids jumping on the sofas the product has passed the durability test. I required an additional fastening as to keep the cover on my L shape sofa in place. Delivery was prompt and the product was as expected.
