Mens 3 Piece Marc Darcy Suit; Jenson Navy Blue

Tried everywhere to get my size combinations but was unable to get them anywhere, including the Marc Darcy website. Finally, I came across menswearr and was able to get all components of the suit in my size.

Suit came withing 24 hours, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Really appreciate the quick service and the correspondence to let me know when items were being sent.

Well done, great service and even sent me a 10% off for my next order

A comedy of errors but handled well

I ordered a shirt and it did not get delivered (or got delivered to incorrect address?). They then said they would deliver another shirt. But it required another couple of calls to get the other shirt sent and to get tracking information sent to my email.

Cons: multiple errors in managing the delivery of the shirt.
Pros: they were polite and patient in offering help to deal with the issue and it did eventually get resolved. They also offered discounts on future purchases as a courtesy.

I'm very disappointed because the item I received was nbot the size I required and changed by hand by menswearr cost for return shipment huge and tghere is no possibility to contact them

Dear Peter,

Thanks for the feedback. We have checked. The waistcoat we sent was indeed a 52" size that you ordered. As the waistcoat came from a suit, it did not have a hang tag on it so we took the hang tag off another product and attached with your waistcoat. We erased the name of the product and size and wrote the name of the size of this waistcoat that you ordered "Albert" and 52. This is the reason you saw an erased name and size. However that did not change the size of the waistcoat as it was still 52.

We are sorry that 52" didnt fit but that's the largest size we do in waistcoats. You wanted to returm that's also okay no problem and we will refund you in due course, however It surprise us that you took time to go through that hang tag and manage to find out what was written behind the scribble wrting, but did not see the size written on the label inside the waistcoat and did not actually measure the waistcoat to check if it was actually 52 size or not.

Lastly, you say there is no possibility to contact us, but we respectfully disagree. The 3 pieces of communication we have from you are: 1 - When you ordered. 2 - When you left a negative review on our website. 3 - When you left this negative review on TurstPilot. We could have explain this well if you had sent us an email or called us to bring this to our attention. However we are sad to see you chose to write your thoughts here on the review platform and not to us directly.

Having said what we say above, we are very sorry that you did not have a great first experience with us. Please gives us another chance and we will try to help better.

Please don't worry if you have sent the waistcoat back we will refund. We will also take the images and send you so you can see the size we sent was the size you ordered.

Great service

Great service, great communication, a pair of trousers which didn’t fit were swiftly changed for a pair that did. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great Service .Average time to your…

Great Service .Average time to your door from ordering is 7 day's. Great quality Shoes especially. Suits are broad on the shoulders Slim fit to waist. Be mindful of that when ordering. Price and design is a good selling point. Used these guy's a few times and they've not let me down yet.
