Hi Owen,

Thanks for taking time to leave your feedback. We're sorry for you to feel not so happy with the buying experience. You didn't say much here but I would take this opportunity to explain what happend.

You ordered on Saturday 16th January and we shipped on Monday18th January 2021. As you're based in Belgium, It should've taken between 2-3 business days for the parcel to be delivered to you pre Brexit (31/12/21), However it took a bit long. You emailed us to inquire on 26th Jan 2021 and wehn we checked with our courier they advised there is long queue forcustoms clearance because of new customs checks. on 22/01/21 - 4 days after we dispatched, your parcel was exported from the UK and arrived in BRUSSELS on 29th Jan and probably was delivered to you soon afteras we can see you left this on 31/01/21. So from dispatch to delivery it was about 10 days, which is not what we expected for a parcel to take this long, however please note there havebeen some parcels that have taken 15 days or longer to reach our Irish and Italian and German Customers. Delays of UK parcels to EU counries were mainly due to new customs procedues, Decision of France to stop lorries at Dover and then testing every lorry driver for coronavirus at Dover are some of the vital reasons of delay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience to you. we can however assure you there was nothing we could have done to expedite the delivery speed.

Unfortunately, you and us both got caught within the logistical crises of post Brexit problems between UK and the EU.

Dear Kevin,

Hope you are well. I can see your parcel has started to move again and currently it is being sent to GLS deopt near to your address and it may well be delivered in a couple of days. I'm very sorry for the delay and feel Parcel Force and GLS both have let us down with the speed of delivery however I also understand the Brexit, New Coronavirus Strain and resulting suspension of all movement to Ireland and Europe and then Christmas deliveries have played a role in this chaos which we had no control over and did not see it coming, as some of our parcels were delivered with 2 days to Irleand. Had we known the time frame will be so long for the reasons above, we would've either useda different service such as Royal Mail or dpd as we did after receiving feedback from you and some other customers.

We use Parcel Force as a preferred service, because throughout the year, parcel Force has been extremely reliable and on time. However on this occasion we are so sorry that us using them for your parcels caused such an inconvenienve. We are truly sorry about that.

We would like to ask, please advise if you still need the waistcoats as ordered as they will be delivered to you in a few days by the looks of it on the tracking info. However should you not need them anymore and you prefer to recieve a refund instead then please advise via an email and we shall do that.

In case you'd prefer a refund then please do not accept the delivery of the parcel and refuse to accept the delivery and let the postman take them back to be sent back to us. We will refund you as soon as you have refused the delivery and we see status is changed to refused delivery. Please could you send us a quick email as well to advise you have refused so we can process refund sooner as there might be delays in Parcel Force updating the tracking info.

Once again we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and are sorry that we couldn't be the part of your good memories however we are certain we will be better next time you have given us a chance to serve you.
