Amazing journey with MM team. Got enrolled exactly 1 month ago with them, nd it was my best decision choosing them. Since day-1 I was receiving super healthy support and guidance from the super Mentors of MM. The guidance throughout each and every query was served at it's best, the online classes; spot on, recorded videos; mind blowing, induction training with Mentor Suparna; super knowledgeable, one-to-one sessions, omg Mentor Denita; boosted my confidence to higher level, onsite training with Dr. Hafeela; this is the main part of my journey, those 5 days of learning, laughs, having fun, nervousness, performances, mock tests, it was like a roller-coaster ride I must say. Dr. Hafeela played a major role in this journey and today here I am holding an outstanding result of my OSCE in the first attempt.
The whole team made me confident in one go. The efforts they are putting in creating the best materials, deserve a salute 🫡...
Can't forget to mention about Mentor Irish who guided me through the required formalities for the smooth ID check. Also thankful to Mentor James, who helped me to begin this journey. My experience with Merlin OSCE classes was excellent because the mentors were very supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable. They explained complex clinical scenarios in a simple and structured way, which made it easier to understand OSCE requirements. The mock exams and practice sessions were very realistic and helped build my confidence. I also appreciated the personalised feedback, which helped me identify my weak areas and improve quickly. my wife contacted this training provider for CBT preparation as she have already used 2 out of her 3 attempts and only have one attempt remaining.

In her situation, they advised me to go ahead and complete the OSCE first and then take final CBT attempt. This advice did not make sense to her. If she followed their advice and passed the OSCE but then failed her last CBT attempt, she would have to repeat both the CBT and the OSCE again after 6 months, which would cost more time and money.

I found this guidance confusing and not appropriate for her situation. It also gave her the impression that she was being encouraged toward the OSCE route, which is more expensive, rather than focusing on what was most suitable for my situation.

After she decided not to proceed with their services, they continued messaging, calling, and emailing my wife repeatedly, which felt very pressuring and unprofessional.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my wife experience. I expected clear, honest guidance based on my her situation, but instead felt pushed toward decisions that may not be in her best interest.

I would strongly advise others to carefully think twice before enrolling. its been more than a month they messaging her, emails and calls now only i wrote the experience.

Mentor Merlin was really good for OSCE prep, and I found their guidance helpful there. But for OET, it was a different story. I didn’t get much support after enrolling, so I ended up relying mostly on YouTube and self-practice. Luckily, I managed to pass, but the OET preparation didn’t meet my expectations compared to OSCE. I hope they improve this for future students.

I passed my CBT and OSCE both on the first attempt with the help of Mentor Merlin.
