I went to Menz Suits for a suit for the races with a rough idea of what I wanted but no idea of what to actually get and what would go well. Steve knew what would work well and put together the perfect suit, shoes, tie the lot. He tailored the suit to fit me perfectly and I'm very happy. I’ve just been to collect the suit and Steve’s son was there for me to collect the suit from, also a very helpful and friendly man. I would highly recommend, great quality clothes with great quality service and knowledge! I will be using again, thanks Steve.

Great place to buy a man's Suit. The service was really good. Nothing too much trouble. Any different size can be ordered. Great selection of Suits Shirts,Ties and even shoes. Alterations done very quickly and professionally.

I have struggled for years to find a place that sells good quality suits, that has great customer service. I then found this place and was blow away. You walk in and you are greeted with a warm welcoming, the shop is stylish, the people that work there are very friendly and happy to help and support you in choosing the right suit for your needs, they also do alterations if required which is good when you need them little personal tweaks to your fit! I love the suit I chose and have been back since and will be going back every time I need kitting out.

i purchased a suit from them, i received a Cavani 3 piece suit, worn once. i really liked the item then i order an extra pair of trousers, after wearing the suit 3 times i had the suit dry cleaned at Timpson's, i received the suit back and the pattern came off. i contacted these and they blamed the dry cleaners, i took the suit back and Timpson's sent it away for investigation. the results confirmed the material was not of satisfactory quality and couldn't with stand the dry cleaning process. i sent that letter to these and gave them chance to offer a replacement or refund the product. they then refused to do either. i contacted trading standards and citizens advice, this is where i had to write a legal document to state my rights, due to me making the complaint being received to the retailer within 4 weeks, and as the product has failed on being fit for purpose. After issuing this letter to them and emailing Cavani as these brilliant people had to step is and communicate with these. Menz Suits are not the best, if your product isn't fit for purpose, you shall receive no support, so be careful when purchasing there items. I wont post photos of conversations due to legality reasons.

I tried Menz suits after being disappointed (or treated poorly as a customer by so many snobby retailers) and I only had a limited time to get a tailored suit.
I am a big guy and I am an unusual size (a bit on the chunky side) so I've had trouble getting suits in the past (even though I have paid more than £1000 ) but I couldn't be happier.
Firstly Ben and his dad gave really great customer service and they went the extra mile, secondly the suit was second to none and it was excellent material and a great cut. Then when the suit was tailored for me it fit perfectly and I looked great (my wife said so and she's brutally honest) and all this was done in a very short space of time for a tailored suit but they really came through & they were always honest about what could and could not be done.
As for the fitting, that was excellent both times and I couldn't be happier with the suit and the fit.
I can't thank these guys enough as the suit was fantastic for my son's wedding & they really looked after me, I will definetly be using their expert services again!

Fantastic response after ordering over bank holiday weekend. Delivered quickly. Ordered 3 piece tweed suit. Size was spot on, lovely quality. Would order again from this company.

Purchased a suit that was said to be in stock. Recieved dispatch notification and then a text saying it was a glitch and that it was out of stock. I requested a refund, and was told it would be processed the next day. They are now ignoring all forms of contact and have still failed to process the refund. Appalling customer service.
