Five stars is not nearly enough. And, there isn't enough room to express my gratitude. My son moved back in with me and has a cat (Blink). I have dogs and needed to take proactive measures to see that Blink remained safe. Meow Safe were so empathetic and worked closely with me to see that I received a gate promptly. I was indebted to them then, as this gate is, by far, better than any I have used/seen. Unfortunately, another incident had Blink darting out of my son's room on Christmas Day and up to my other son's room, where he had his balcony door open. Though there is an iron rail on that balcony, Blink is small enough to fit through the baluster spacing. Blink fell four stories down to an asphalt landing. It was truly our Christmas miracle that she survived that fall. Needless to say, when I contacted Meow Safe and told them I needed to get another gate asap, they didn't hesitate in doing so. Hopefully the 2 images I sent will be posted (one of Blink behind the current gate, and one looking down from where she fell. We have had zero issues since. Thank you, Meow Safe, for being such a caring company!

We have the tall cat gate between our living room and kitchen and jut love it. No more putting up baby gates and taking them down. When we do need to move it it easily comes down. The cats can see each other but can not get it open either! Also great customer service, reached out to order some parts and they got right back to me! So if you don't see it on the website, email them! Thanks again for this gate, it works great!
