Worst experience ever ! Booked annual service charged me £90 . Then nobody turned up . No communication from company about engineer not coming up . I had to follow up . They have no one to do service . I am chasing refund from last 2 weeks no response
Avoid this company at any cost

I would rate their service as extremely poor. The company is very nice and answers your call until they make you sign a contract with them. Once the contract is signed they will start neglecting you. When I wanted to cancel the contract within 14 days they were then quick to attend my property the next day and took my old boiler system out and took all materials (copper and aluminium) that were worth money and left the rest behind for me to clean up. Once this was done they disappeared for many more days and then they came back with very cheap radiators which was not as we discussed. After a few days they then came back to do another job and took my boiler and other personal belongings including some cash. If they have the chance they will try to extend the time of the job to make the bill bigger. Be aware of this company as they have a proper team to do all this dodgy work and scam.

One of worst company... They don't work at my house... 4 pipe leaking... They fix it after 10 days... I waste my money...

Great professionalism shown. Gave me good discount for annual service. The person kept us well informed about the time and status. Very happy.

I had to have a boiler installed on an urgent basis as my old boiler broke down. Janvi from Mera Boiler handled my case very efficiently by arranging a quick installation, going out of the way to help me. She is very helpful, friendly and professional. Much appreciate Janvi's efforts to go extra mile to help me out with my situation. Also, thanks to the engineers who came to install on a short notice. Not to forget Gaurav & Harsh as well, many thanks to the team. As per my experience, the Mera boiler team is very professional and responsible. Now I will go nowhere else. Highly recommend.

Honestly, this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with for anything. The initial installation of the boiler happened prior to Covid, and they did an absolutely horrendous job. Caused a leak from the roof which meant the floor board had to be lifted and then sorted.
On top of that the customer service is a joke. I thought I’d give them a chance but I regret that decision every single time I deal with them.

Today I had an engineer come to service the boiler and he made an absolute mess of the cupboard which houses the boiler. He lost two of the screws, left the cabinet wonky and missed placed one of the support poles.

I would 10/10 NEVER recommend them to anyone and if you’re thinking of using them, don’t.

Mera boiler team has been very useful. They have helped replace boiler in 2 days. Also, they have a great support team post sales as well. We are with their services and definitely recommend them for boiler work.

I reported an issue with the boiler late yesterday .

The new boiler has error codes. Everytime I call them they say they will call back. They never ever . Totally rubbish company. With this kind of service they have the audacity to advertise on radios.

They installed my brand new boiler without power flushing the system first. Then I had to hound them to come back and clean the system, they sent two guys the following day, they put the cleaning liquid in the system , ran it for a couple of hours without flushing out the FP2 liquid and packed everything and went. The cleaning liquid was running in the system so I had to call them over 20 times so they come back and drain the system again to flush out the cleaning liquid and add inhibitor in the system. They refused to come back , I had to drain the system and put inhibitor in the system myself.

After a week following the installation , I noticed that they didn’t fit the drain properly , the acid was leaking on the kitchen floor under the kitchen cabinet so I had to drill a hole in wall myself to channel the drain pipe out to the main drain outside. When I spoke to them they aren’t interested to listen or help and they tell you that ‘ my engineer said we have done everything correctly’.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

We got up with no heating and no hot water on New Year's day.
Mr Singh personally took my call and helped me to solve the problem. Very helpful.

Agree with previous comments. Please don’t use this company. Totally unprofessional and don’t respond despite numerous telephone calls and messages. Keep away!

The engineers who visited were very methodical and resourceful and were able to troubleshoot the issue I was facing quite quickly. Really helpful. Thanks and keep it up guys.

Find a different boiler company. I inherited these guys from the previous owner and they've been mediocre at best + failed to get back to me after two calls two days in a row about an issue I had. You call, and they tell you they will be back in touch shortly, then nothing. Also my boiler has been the bane of my life for the past two years and I consider their "servicing" of it must have had something to do with it.

Meta boiler are a bunch of crooks firstly they will give you cheap Quoitation but they will always add on extra charges during the job also they do not do the job to industry standard I would stay well clear from this company

Don’t use this company. They came to service my boiler ended up flooding my whole house. Haven’t given gas safety certificate despite complaints via phone and emails. customer service manager is really rude and would never come back. She will hand in phone call to his assistance or remain on lunch whenever she has to answer complaint.

We got a boiler installed from them pre-Covid.
Due to the lockdown etc took a Homecare contract with another company who pointed out some mistakes and misses at the time of installation.

Have been querying with MB for the past 1 year now - made several phone calls/sent emails/whatsapp messages to the owner but no concrete response till date.
A COMPANY THAT I WONT RECOMMEND ( they'll sell and install but after that seem to disappear ).
