I recently purchased my new Mercedes GLC and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
A huge thank you to Nigel, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and he made sure everything was explained clearly and that the purchase and part exchange of my previous Mercedes went smoothly.
Nigel kept me updated throughout and made collecting my beautiful new GLC a really special experience. It’s customer service like this that makes you want to stay with Mercedes.
I absolutely love my new car and would happily recommend Nigel to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes.

Just had a brand new Mercedes CLE…
Just had a brand new Mercedes CLE cabriolet from Mercedes Chesterfield.
They warned me that the made to order process can be frustrating as communication from the factory can be patchy at best. And it was true!!!!
The branch were very good and as the delivery of the car ended up being the beginning of August they held the car until September so I could have the new registration.
I did get the exact car that I wanted with the interior and roof colour I wanted which made it a special car.
There was also a deal on free servicing, so by the time we’d done I got exactly the car I wanted brand new at a very competitive price with free servicing at a price that was very close to the price second hand ones are fetching. Worth the wait!
I dealt with Sophie Ross who was exceptionally efficient and friendly, as was Julia the business manager.
