Just had a brand new Mercedes CLE cabriolet from Mercedes Chesterfield.
They warned me that the made to order process can be frustrating as communication from the factory can be patchy at best. And it was true!!!!
The branch were very good and as the delivery of the car ended up being the beginning of August they held the car until September so I could have the new registration.
I did get the exact car that I wanted with the interior and roof colour I wanted which made it a special car.
There was also a deal on free servicing, so by the time we’d done I got exactly the car I wanted brand new at a very competitive price with free servicing at a price that was very close to the price second hand ones are fetching. Worth the wait!
I dealt with Sophie Ross who was exceptionally efficient and friendly, as was Julia the business manager.

Charles is a fantastic salesman and Megan/Ryan are very helpful regarding finance. We had a perfect experience buying our new car.

i was treated with a professional friendly experience in choosing the right car and finance agreement for me and my needs, the car is fantastic and i am delighted with everything the staff and sales manager could not do enough for me

The car is beautiful and great to drive, but the app doesn’t work at all and Tonbridge Mercedes have done nothing to resolve the issue and it has been like this for 3 weeks, which means none of the digital extras work. Really poor!

Good and competitive pricing, as compared to the Banking sector. Obviously, it improves the chances of the dealership having a sale. Explanation and terms were clear and there was no push to use their finance option by the sales agent.
