As a first time buyer I was given the contact details for Joel (Mercian surveying). And I am so grateful that Joel is who we had to survey our home!

We had a level 3 building survey done and on the same day, we received the report. The report was thorough, and very detailed, highlighting everything that was done with plenty of information and advice following the information.

Joel then emailed and asked to follow the report up with a phone call where he went through everything with me, answering any questions and concerns and explained everything in detail to me.

With being a first time buyer, I really didn’t have a clue what to expect but Joel’s service was second to none and I would recommend Mercian Surveying to anybody and will 100% use them in the future. I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Thanks again Joel.

Mercian were recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. After I reached out, Joel set up a call to explain the process and answer any questions I had about the different surveys available. The survey took place a few days later and received the report on the same day he had visited the property. I found his finding to be clear and listed thoroughly in each section.
