Order never arrived after 3 months and can't get refund
I ordered a dress on April 4, 2020. As of June 11, 2020 I still have not received my order. The company did refund my shipping costs after several inquiries about my order. After not receiving my order 3 months later I have requested a full refund. The company is not responding to my requests. Very disappointed and won't order from them again.

This is a total scam! Their website popped up as an add on my Facebook feed, so I assumed it was ok to order from. I ordered a month ago and never received an order or a response from customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered 2 dresses April 1. It is now June 2 and I have not received them. When I email the company they say it is in customs. I asked for a refund twice and they have refused. DO NOT order from this company!

I ordered a cute striped dress in April and have yet to receive it! The tracking makes no sense!! I have emailed them. Doubtful I will get anywhere. Very disappointed!!! They got my $41.00!!! UGH!!! I want my money back!

I ordered Jean shorts from them that were so cute on the ad! They arrived weeks later looking NOTHING like the ad. CHEAP knock offs. And when I wrote the company for a refund they offered me $5!!!!! AND they blocked my Instagram account where I left the bad review!

The website looks so nice and professional. The pictures show amazing clothes... IF YOU GET YOUR ORDER. I was stupid enough to order from them even though I read mixed reviews. I also paid for expedited shipping. Still haven't received anything. I order from overseas all the time, I know it takes awhile but MONTHS??? I was able to translate the shipping notification from Chinese to English.. it's been in "unloading from plane" status for 3 weeks! Unbelievable! Hasn't even left China. Way to scam and steal my money. I don't understand how PayPal allows this company to use their services and there's no way to get my money back.

Terrible!! I ordered on April 9th and still have not received it. I sent an email to the company and they responded in Chinese. I tried to track it and there is no information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Poor quality and difficult returns
Poor quality and difficult returns. I ordered items in February and they arrived in late May. All of the sizes were out of proportion, stitching was loose or bunched up at the seams and color was not the same as the photo online (for one item out of 4). They make you pay for return shipping back to China - would not recommend!
