I purchased a shower door over 20 years
ago, it's still in great condition apart from discolouration of the door seals, due to natural wear and tear.
I contacted the technical department and they amazingly are able to send me complimentary replacement parts.

Had an issue regarding shower seals, no fault of the product. Jamie Cashin dealt with our problem with sound advice and patience. First class Jamie. For bathroom products we won't go anywhere else.

My shower is over 20 years old and still has the ‘wow’ factor. However when I contacted them I didn’t have an expectation that the company could help me with a request for plastic mouldings that have degraded over time. I received a prompt reply and once the shower model was established, I was informed that while the items are not in stock, they will be made to order and shipped out shortly. Fantastic customer service!

can't say a big enough thank you to this company. They sorted out some problems and queries we had (not their errors) so quickly - usually within a couple of hours. Probably the best company we've ever had dealings with. Aiden especially was outstanding with his friendly, approachable customer service. Merlyn you are very lucky to have such a fantastic employee. I needed a replacement handle for a shower door, sent photos and within a day, had a reply telling me the code of the handle but offered to replace it free of charge. It arrived yesterday and now fitted! When customer service seemed like a thing of the past, Bill, you have given me hope!

Patrick Brennan provided me exceptional service. I was looking for a brand specific spare part, and Patrick supplied it FOC without any debate. Completely blew me away.

We had a problem with dropping hinges after purchase and installation. Patrick at Merlyn head office customer services was extremely helpful in wanting us to overcome this technical issue and sent out his installation engineer Derek to put things right. Derek comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and was not in a rush to get things done like other companies. I would recommend Merlyn any day. Best customer after sale service ever recieved !

I emailed regarding a missing part with photos only as a guide. Patrick responded identifying a part and requesting confirmation. He then very quickly confirmed dispatch. He was polite throughout.

We’ve now purchased our third Merlyn shower, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The quality of their products is exceptional, and their customer service is simply amazing. We did have a small issue during installation (completely not Merlyn’s fault), but they were incredibly helpful and went well beyond our expectations to support us.

We first chose Merlyn a few years ago largely because of the great reviews about their customer service—and they have absolutely lived up to that reputation.

We bought a very expensive shower door. The quality of the product is great, however the item arrived with some missing parts that our fitter had to request (which delayed the execution of about 3 days).
