Be careful with this company
I placed an order on April 19, 2025 and paid in full via PayPal. After the order confirmation, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I contacted the company multiple times over several weeks — twice by email and once via their website contact form — requesting an update or, eventually, a cancellation. All attempts were completely ignored.
Only when I sent a formal email threatening to escalate to PayPal, consumer protection authorities, and public reviews did the company respond — claiming the refund was "already on the way." It was not. No refund was issued until I filed an official PayPal dispute (Item Not Received claim).
The reimbursement ultimately came through PayPal's buyer protection, not through any goodwill or cooperation from the company.
If you consider ordering here: pay exclusively via PayPal or a credit card that offers buyer protection, and be prepared to use it.

Customer support is horrible and site may be a scam. Recently I ordered a co-ord set that was never delivered. After multiple emails to the company hoping for a solution they have not followed through. I have yet to receive a tracking number, or even have them confirm the items I ordered in the first place. I have asked for a refund and now the company has stopped responding in general. Not sure if I will ever get my refund or clothes.just giving you guys a warning, times are tough and every dollar counts. Be careful with this company.

Ik heb hier een mooi t-shirt en broek voor mijn vriend gekocht. De pasvorm zit heel goed en is ook van mooie kwaliteit. Ook was de service super goed en heb ik mijn bestelling snel ontvangen.

De T-shirts van Mersino Originale zijn van topkwaliteit: De gemerceriseerde katoen voelt glad, luxe en stevig aan. Pasvorm is perfect, afwerking strak..duidelijk een premium basic die verfijning uitstraalt.
De levering was snel en de service uiterst professioneel ..een merk dat klasse en betrouwbaarheid uitstraalt.
