They clearly say “Free Transport from a purchase of 59€” in their header on the website.
However, at checkout they add 25 EUR regardless and despite my basket being well over 100 EUR.

I am quite human and even had the pleasure of speaking with your AI over the weekend that confirmed that all shipping aboard is 25 EUR ekstra in shipping and it was very much added to the basket at check out.

I find your answer quite rude and speaks volumen to what business you are running.

Ich bestelle immer wieder gerne in diesem Shop. Zuletzt die Box mit zusammengestellten DSD Haarpflegeprodukten. Die Auswahl ist gut durchdacht und perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Auch die Lieferung war jedes Mal überraschend schnell. Insgesamt ein sehr zuverlässiger Shop mit einem schönen Sortiment – absolut empfehlenswert!

I ordered DSD de Luxe 3.4.1 ampoules from this website. The site states that shipping takes 2 to 5 days, but I waited a week for the order to be shipped. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly — the package was sent the next day. The delay was due to the Easter holidays. As a bonus, they included samples of DSD de Luxe products.

I regularly order DSD products from metabeauty shop and it is always a great shopping experience. The delivery is with the Austrian post - so the package was really delivered to my door unlike other delivery services in Austria might do.
This time I bought a sculp scrub, 1.3 Dixidox de Luxe Peeling, and a facial cream, V001 Viper-Ake. I'm satisfied with both products.
