I am beginning to think it is a scam. I ordered something and paid for it 6th April. Today, 10 days later, I haven´t received any confirmation that the order has shipped. I tried contacting them by email several times, but received no reply. If the do not reply and send my order, I will need to contact Visa in order to cancel my payment.

For me, it’s so important that there’s a strong and trustworthy persona behind all these lotions, jars, and tubes of skincare and scientific research on ingredients. Anel is much more than just a brand owner — she knows her customers very well and will always recommend what’s best for us. I have never seen such a passionate person being truly in love with skincare and haircare. It’s a great inspiration for me. The way she posts her stories on the Instagram page of Meta Beauty is so fascinating because it’s always the best information, pure knowledge she’s sharing. Thanks to her, my skincare and haircare routines have significantly improved since I had my first talk with her.

I want to mention a great selection of carefully curated products as well. I really love the range of products, and the fact that pricing is more than fair for such a variety of different brands. Any person with any skin type or any hair concern could find something suitable for them in the store. And, of course, Anel is always more than happy to assist her customers with any questions there may be. I really love how she always asks lots of questions herself to truly understand the needs of her clients better and only gives the best advice tailored to our requests. I really appreciate this in her.

I placed my order in July 2023 for a DSD 3.4.4 Lotion and Rated Green purifying shampoo, and Anel was such an angel that she changed the shampoo to the one by DSD so that I could use the same line of products for better results. As you see, I had more than enough time to test the products out and see if they are worth the hype. They are! Luckily, I have a lot of thick hair by nature, but it could use some moisture and vitamins and active ingredients. I really love seeing lots of baby hairs as it means I’ve stimulated hair growth. I also really love the smell of the DSD products, and the fact that they’re pure science and not just another useless formula in a pretty overpriced jar. Anel is always supporting the brand on her Instagram stories where she publishes scientifically proven data on hair loss so that the audience knows what to expect from the products. I will definitely repurchase DSD 3.4.4 and also will try other great lines of this brand since Anel made me fall in love with the brand!

I conclusion, I can confidently say it's been a game-changer for my beauty routine. Anel's personal touch and expertise shine through, making MetaBeauty.eu more than just a place to shop for skincare and haircare. It's a store where passion meets precision.
