Gustavo and his Agile academy are simply outstanding.
I had the opportunity to learn from Gustavo, and I can confidently say that much of what I use in my day-to-day work in Scrum and Agile comes from what I learned in his academy. His way of explaining Scrum and Agile principles is clear, practical, and grounded in real-life situations, making everything applicable from day one.
Gustavo goes beyond theoretical foundations, teaching how to tackle common challenges when implementing Agile methodologies in teams and organizations. Thanks to his workshops, I learned how to run effective retrospectives, prioritize backlogs, manage team conflicts, and consistently deliver value to clients.
